This hotel is conveniently located: 20min walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and you were also able to see the top of the Tower from the rooms; 5 min walk to subway station. The room was small, and appear to be a little dated, but just enough for our stay as we spent most of our time walking around the city. However, on my third night, also last night of the stay, the water boiler of the hotel broke down and there was no hot water at all for the entire hotel for shower, and the staff has no back up plans, and no way for them to get the technician to fix it at night. Best part of the hotel was their kitchen - their breakfast was great - broad selection of pastry and hot dishes for breakfast, and their crossiant was perfect. And I've ordered room service for once as well the food was delicious too.

1.房內以地毯鋪滿，進門地毯處卡著上一個房客的隱形眼鏡，顯然不是很好清理、且房內不附拖鞋，向飯店人員反應索取也被婉拒，說我們的房型本來就不附拖鞋，且目前也無多餘可以提供。 2.半夜火災警鈴大作約10-20分鐘，期間完全無飯店人員引導、通知、告知目前狀況，各房房客跑到走廊上面面相覻討論是否需要逃離，直到警鈴自行停止，大家各自才回房，至隔日早上也沒有飯店人員說明昨夜狀況，好像什麼都沒發生，但確實在異國住宿體驗上，感到有些驚恐、無助。 3.一樓櫃檯人員大多服務態度親切、良好。

酒店位置非常好，近景點、地鐵站。附近食市、超市臨立。服務員態度親切。地方整潔。值得推介。

I stayed 2 nights in this "4 star" hotel. And I would say "DO NOT BOOK". 1. The Effiel Tower view is far different from the pictures. If you book for Effiel Tower view then it is completely not worth it. And it's also far from Effiel Tower, over 20 mins walk. 2. The hair dryer didn't work and they did not have any replacement for that situation, so my hair stayed wet all night and I got a cold the next day. 3. The house keeper made a mass on my cosmetics on the table next to the bed. I had to tidy them after the house keeping. 4. It is the worst hotel experience in my life and sadly it was my one and only honeymoon. If it is the way the hotel deal with problems and customers, I am sure they must be unreliable in many cases, most of cases. Do you really wanna spend your holiday or tiring business trip in the hotel full of troubles and bad service? Think about it before you book!

We choose the eiffel tower view. but it just 1/2 view of the tower. Hotel location is close to metro station but at night time can be a bit unsafe .as we saw some gangs hang around the metro station nearby the hotel. there is shopping area within 10mins walk. one thing to mention. the hotel reception are not very nice and friendly. The day we check in they are nice, but when the day we check out. Their face changed, not very helpful and without any smile, and continuously urge us to check out the room. keep telling us "you have 15 mins left."

Room was clean and the view was amazing.

Tolles Hotel, wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort. Alles wichtige in der Umgebung zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Eiffelturm ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Room was clean and staff friendly .Good location.

Such a friendly hotel. The team were fantastic. We arrived very late & the gentleman on reception very kindly printed out a list of the main sites with emojis, including the winter wonderland, for my 11 yr old girls. They absolutely loved the list and ticked off the sites on our trip. Thank you VERY much. We will be back. Excellent friendly service throughout our stay!! Thank you all

Our first time in Paris for my daughters special birthday and this hotel made it extra special. Our rooms on the 6th floor had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower which I would highly recommend. The room was spotless and my daughter’s room was decorated upon my request, which she loved. They provided a complimentary cocktail for us all which was a lovely surprise. Ideally located, only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower with some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would we return, 100% yes, thank you to the team.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were amazing we could not ask for anymore.
