This place was so nice to stay in. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and always sought out ways to make our stay even better. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Paris at a great price!

In a quiet residential neighborhood with small cafes and shops, 2 metro stations and Gare St Lazard close by. Galleries Lafayette is also close by. The hotel is very nice, rooms are small but beautifully appointed with a nespresso machine included. All in all great place!

There are so many better places to stay. The website and social media images are NOT reflective of the property. We were upgraded to a suite, it was worse than the room I had booked so we swapped back. The staff do their best but seem inexperienced. There’s a small breakfast offering but it’s chaotic and by the time a few guests have pawed over it it’s not appealing. Also be aware.hotel will offer to call you a taxi for the airport (fixed fee of 56euros) but the taxi company add 9euros if they’re ordered for you by the hotel. Rooms were clean but tired and in Paris there are so many better places to stay.

The room it self was spacious, clean, and comfortable however when we got to the room we noticed a staircase to the basement which is where the bathroom was. We were not told this. There was no door to the stairs from the second room. When we got there the coffee machine and the safe did not work. The coffee machine was fixed quickly however the safe took 2 days to get fixed and we had to ask several times. The uneasy part of the whole stay was that they made us leave our room key in the lobby due to it "being the only key" they had - however they were able to make up the room everyday before us leaving the key. Upon arrive at night the day we left the key, we asked for our key and the person at night was not sure why they had asked us to leave the key to our room. Overall, the room was good but there were some things that did not seem right.

Staff very nice. Amenities were good. Nice neighborhood. However no air conditioning. Very warm and needed window open. Every morning around 5 am there were garbage/recyling/ deliveries being made which woke us up.

While the room itself was clean and nicely appointed, we strongly recommend against purchasing the breakfast option. There is minimal food and they do not replenish if you arrive late. The staff are not friendly and customer service could be much desired. The hotel itself is quaint and generally quiet.
