We loved our stay here as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The kids especially liked the kids corner and looked forward to going back to the hotel to build with the wooden blocks! The location was great, easy to get to from the Eurostar with going through Westfield and across the footpath. Proximity to grand place, shops and restaurants good. We liked Mathieu bakery and Need Coffee, both 5min walk. Staff were friendly and warming to the kids.

Hotel was good, location is great. Rooms need a bit of help with the plumbing. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, needed to tell the front desk to fill the soap dispenser in the bathroom and to swap out towels all of which they did right away.

Enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lille Centre Gares last week. Front desk staff spoke English which was very helpful! Room was clean and quiet. Walking distance to train station as well as nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
