Everything was fine with this hotel except we didn't know about the on going renovations and construction. The area was fantastic. Right on Metro Line with access to every attraction including to and from the Airport. Lots of entertainment and food choices in the area.

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived! We were dropped off by our car at the bottom of the stairs outside the hotel, and the man at the door came running over to help us with all of our luggage. He assisted in, not only getting it into the lobby, but also up to our room. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Hotel was in a great location in the city and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was always eager to assist with directions and even ordered the car for us for our return to the airport. Even during renovations, the hotel was very clean and we did not encounter any issues. Our only complaint was that the mattress was super lumpy. It did not allow for a good nights sleep, but we absolutely loved the hotel and will stay there again when we go back to Paris!

Premium location; nice facility. However, we spent 3 nights at the hotel and the house cleaning staff did not clean the room even once. First day, we asked the staff to clean the room at 3:30 pm instead of 1:30 pm. The room was not cleaned. The second day, the cleaning staff checked rhe cleaning log without cleaning the room. It took us two extra trips to the front deck in the evening just to get some fresh towels. We brought the issue to their attention and were promised follow up via email afterwards. Guess that follow up email was “lost” in transit. Overall service significantly below standard.

Very nice room. The front desk staff was the best and help us get a taxi in the morning. Great area around the hotel with a lot of places to eat and the metro station is right out front.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, with the metro right outside the hotel doors and many, many restaurants, cafes, and shopping just a few steps away. This is a very energetic area. Although the hotel is under construction, it was not an inconvenience - hallways and rooms are due for a refresh. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, which is a real plus.

The room advertised that it had air conditioning and it didn’t. The heat had to be turned off in our room and we needed to keep our window open the entire stay. Construction was right outside our room, literally!! They started welding at 8 am. The shower was glass and see through into our room so for a family of 4 adults it was very inconvenient. My husband had to leave when my 2 adult daughters needed to shower and my daughters and I had to leave when he took a shower. What an absolute annoyance!! No where in the write ups did I see the shower mentioned so I hope people see this. The positives were the staff and the breakfast.

Very small room; hotel is under construction so lots of dust, loose carpet edges, paint odors, full scaffolding outside our windows, etc. Would like to have known that there facility was under complete renovation especially at $400+ per night. Even the lobby moved locations during our stay. But, great location literally outside the Metro, friendly staff (except one rude male receptionist).

Hotel under construction, horrible smell of burnt metal at the lobby and even on the 6th floor, noise of construction during the day made it difficult to get any rest (to be fair, construction didn’t star too early or go until too late).. heating didn’t work, told the front desk and the technician they sent upstairs just brought up the target temperature to 30 degrees Celsius (from 26) but it made no difference, our rooms were constantly cold, and we couldn’t air the room because of this despite the smell of the construction.. housekeeping locked the door between our connecting rooms for no reason..

Service is good but can be great! The property is centrally located next to the station, sights and a very convenient mall with huge shopping options, nice rooms and breakfast, super comfy bed though renovation work continues between 9 and 6 pm so if looking to spend the day relaxing in room it may not be well suited.

The staff was warm and welcoming. A warning about construction would have been helpful, as it’s very loud between 10 AM and 4 PM. This is a non-issue if you’re out and about, but if you’re hoping to catch some zzz's after a flight, it might be difficult. The location was great, easy to grab food and a shirt Bolt or taxi ride away from most attractions. Only about a 10-minute walk to the Lourve
