The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station next door and all major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that offered a lot of options.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Equipe de atendimento da recepção ótimos, super simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã muito gostoso, porém o café é somente de máquina, e tem poucas máquinas disponíveis para o número de hóspedes. Tinha sempre fila para pegar café, isso quando tinha café com leite. Hotel precisa melhorar essa dinâmica no café da manhã.

Great location. Near metro and restaurants. Comfortable for a family of 4

The location is amazing. It’s very well kept hotel. Breakfast is delicious and has wide variety. My only complaint is they skipped House Keeping and when we requested, they didn’t come until 8 o’clock at night to clean.

It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

Very central and great restaurants nearby. Toto Italian great food.

Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate. We never visited the Bar or any other facilities that were available for our use. I believe in giving second chances to stay again at the Hotel Novotel Paris Les Halles.

The hotel is very noisy because of working. In such a situation of renovation work, you must charge a reduced price. Unfortunately we paid full price (500euro per night) with any Compensation or refund. Not fair

We spent 8 days in Paris and stayed at the Novotel Hotel which was under construction and had I known that I wouldn’t book there for sure . The hotel appeared older and the carpets in our room was well worn and appeared it needed a good cleaning or replacement. Poor water pressure in the shower and air conditioning unit poorly maintained and was not cooling the room properly. The outside weather was in the 34 c range every day of our last 4 days. The morning breakfast served was the most chaotic experience I ever had . The coffee machine not maintained consistently running out of coffee or getting jammed or no water. The staff was poorly trained to handle a large crowd.

Erin from guest relations was wonderful! The location is next to so many shops and restaurants, you don’t need to go far!
