Hotels in Paris are very expensive. This apartments are located at less than 100 yards from a huge supermarket and the RER (metro). You can have breakfast and dinner in your apartment as it is completely equiped.Very clean and high trained personnel. Best to stay whenvisitng Paris. 25 minutes from the Gre the Lyon Metro.

I did not get a receipt/invoice from your company. We had a problem with the dishwasher that was never corrected (for 2 weeks) and the sink backed up twice. Once the maintenance man fixed it and the second time, my husband fixed it. They did not clean the rooms every 4 days as promised, but came only after a week and we asked them to come. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful and we had a lovely vacation - but there are some things to fix at the hotel. Also none of the safes in the room were in working order.

Two of the staffs were helpful but the others not that much. One guy even refused to fill my mug with boiling water (I needed coffee) and said that go to your room and use microwave oven to boil!! The room was OK but it lacked some basic stuff such as dish washing liquid. One guy had a good command of English but the others not.

Very nice, newly built hotel in a perfect location, 2 min walk to a RER station and a shopping centre. We absolutely loved the whole idea of having a little kitchen in the apartment, however, the security button on the cooker confused us a lot as we never encountered one before, we thought it’s a timer and were close to go to bed with no dinner on the first night :) The previous reviews were very helpful, ‘cause they suggested that there were no kettle, hairdryer, kitchen towel or washing up liquid in the apartment, thank to these reviews we arrived fully equipped! Next time I would change only one thing – I would take extra towels. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment and there were 4 towels in the bathroom on the first day, but on the next day they were replaced by only two and they didn’t get any more even after I left a note (which was in French by the way :) That is why it is only 4 stars for the service, not 5, the rest was just as good as it can possibly be!

Poli oui, mais faut articuler... SdB : Sale (tartre, toile d'araignées, joint de baignoire a refaire), je recommande de camoufler la tuyauterie, modifiée les produits de SdB... Cuisinette : Couverts sale, vaisselles fêlés, cassés, frigo sale... Lit dure, le radiateur m'a saoulé toute les nuits a taper... Bref je ne le recommande vraiment pas et ca ce dit un 3*
