Cheap, clean, affordable, and close to the train station. Probably the most basic room I’ve ever stayed in my life, but I saved a lot of money staying here and it’s close to the train station,

Easy to use

Two of the staffs were helpful but the others not that much. One guy even refused to fill my mug with boiling water (I needed coffee) and said that go to your room and use microwave oven to boil!! The room was OK but it lacked some basic stuff such as dish washing liquid. One guy had a good command of English but the others not.

This hotel while not boasting 5 star facilities does have comfortable rooms and some basic facilities to allow a guest have a nice time during their stay.

Hotels in Paris are very expensive. This apartments are located at less than 100 yards from a huge supermarket and the RER (metro). You can have breakfast and dinner in your apartment as it is completely equiped.Very clean and high trained personnel. Best to stay whenvisitng Paris. 25 minutes from the Gre the Lyon Metro.

Good price, next to a grocery store/mall, train station, some fast food, and a laundromat. Staff was very friendly and helpful (and were able to help in English). Our room had a kitchenette in it, was partitioned (nice for travelling with in a group of four), and was clean. One drawback would be that there was no wifi (only LAN) but they supplied cables. The hotel also has underground parking for a small daily fee. The neighborhood wasn't posh, but the locals were very kind and helpful when trying to help us figure out the Paris metro system (which was not clear for many tourist). If you don't mind staying about 45-60 min train ride away from downtown Paris, this spot is great for the price.

Great location, two minutes walk from RER station. Comfy bed & very clean. Toiletries provided. It would be even better if a kettle was provided.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean; now you're responsible of cleaning your own room during your stay. There's food delivery available for this hotel, a subway restaurant, kebab place, and supermarket within walking distance. The hotel is literally crossing the street from the Paris metro station BUT! the ticket machine only takes Euro Coins (not even bills) and Euro Credit/Debit cards; the helpdesk ticket dispenser wasn't working either, so we ended up driving 35min to a different metro station in order to buy tickets for the metro. Taxis can take more than 30min to pick you up from this hotel.

Our stay was pleasant, however, make sure to call the hotel for details as the staff works only until 6-7pm. If you arrive after 7pm you might not get the key to your room and you will be out of luck.

I did not get a receipt/invoice from your company. We had a problem with the dishwasher that was never corrected (for 2 weeks) and the sink backed up twice. Once the maintenance man fixed it and the second time, my husband fixed it. They did not clean the rooms every 4 days as promised, but came only after a week and we asked them to come. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful and we had a lovely vacation - but there are some things to fix at the hotel. Also none of the safes in the room were in working order.

Very nice, newly built hotel in a perfect location, 2 min walk to a RER station and a shopping centre. We absolutely loved the whole idea of having a little kitchen in the apartment, however, the security button on the cooker confused us a lot as we never encountered one before, we thought it’s a timer and were close to go to bed with no dinner on the first night :) The previous reviews were very helpful, ‘cause they suggested that there were no kettle, hairdryer, kitchen towel or washing up liquid in the apartment, thank to these reviews we arrived fully equipped! Next time I would change only one thing – I would take extra towels. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment and there were 4 towels in the bathroom on the first day, but on the next day they were replaced by only two and they didn’t get any more even after I left a note (which was in French by the way :) That is why it is only 4 stars for the service, not 5, the rest was just as good as it can possibly be!

Hôtel très propre, peu bruyant, grand balcon ! Accueil sympathique. Proche de la gare et de la zone commerciale.

Poli oui, mais faut articuler... SdB : Sale (tartre, toile d'araignées, joint de baignoire a refaire), je recommande de camoufler la tuyauterie, modifiée les produits de SdB... Cuisinette : Couverts sale, vaisselles fêlés, cassés, frigo sale... Lit dure, le radiateur m'a saoulé toute les nuits a taper... Bref je ne le recommande vraiment pas et ca ce dit un 3*
