It was my first time in Germany. Stuck since my flight to NYC was cancelled.I couldn't be happier. Felt rested.

Great Ibis, modern decor and furniture in public areas . Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, quiet too, had a good nights sleep on 5th floor overlooking park. Perfect location for us as we were going to the Stadion am Brentanobad. Staff told us bus 34 would take us there, they were very helpful, attended to all our needs. Tram into Frankfurt was just around corner, approx 10 mins to centre/main station. Ideal for us as didn't want to be right in the centre, also a great location if you are driving as just off a main road, has car parking and there is a petrol station nearby. Food was good and free wi fi. the only negatives I can find is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and towels a bit old and thin, but would definitely stay here again, really pleasant 2 night stay - great price too.

I was quite surprised by this hotel. The check-in process took more time than I thought it should, but other than that my experience was very positive. The room was clean, had air conditioning and a nice bathroom. For the price, it was a terrific value and I would recommend it to anyone.

comfortable hotel but with basic rooms. the location although not in the centre can be easily accessed by tram just outside the hotel.housekeeping not that good as they forgot to clean my room on one of the days. Overall, okay for a couple of days.

We were coming to town for tour with group , our room were okay, however some rooms need renovation badly, wall paper in bathroom and room were ripped.

Stayed here a few times before. Decent breakfast, comfortable room, quiet location. Next to the Number 17 tram stop, so 10-15 minutes into the Messe.

Overall a nice enough place with decent breakfast, only downside: apart from one staff member most team -members appeared rather unconcerned that the designated disabled parking spaces were constantly used by clearly fully abled people with basement parking spaces too narrow for wheelchair users. Good location to get into town by tram. Roll-in shower is well laid out.

My first stay at the IBIS for the Frankfurt Book Fair, and not my last. Via hotels.com, this was an excellent deal for the Fair week, conveniently located (8 minutes by tram); the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet excellent. Will definitely be back.
