this was my first time staying in IBIS. I have to say it's over my expectation. The room is very clean and well maintained, though a bit of small. But if you are coming for business or exhibition, this is a perfect choice. Tram 17 and Bus 50 will take you to Messe and/or Central station. Next to hotel is Rebstockbad park which is very nice to have a short walk. There is also a gas station with convenient store across the street. Bar is 24hr in case you want to have a drink before sleep. Breakfast is pleasantly served and you can always ask some other services (such as scrambled eggs). Overall I will receommend to anyone who visits Frankfurt.

Room was good enough of what I wanted, staff could be more welcoming, they could accommodate out of ordinary requests with more curtosy, simple things like an adaptor or helping me with a charger or guidance could have gone a long way !
1 lady however at the end of my stay early morning on my checkout was very helpful.

Wir waren innerhalb von 3 Wochen zweimal in diesem B & B Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang und schnelle Abwicklung. Zimmer in der 3. und 5. Etage. Die Flure und Zimmer sind unterschiedlich gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäig ausgestattet und sauber. Auf den Fluren ist Teppich verlegt, der seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich hat, hier wäre es dringend nötig, diesen gegen ein pflegeleichteres Material auszutauschen. Ähnlich ist es in den Zimmern, Teppich ist nicht zeitgemäß und unhygienisch! Frühstück ist für ein B & B wirklich TOP! Viel Auswahl, alles wurde sofort nachgelegt, es ist super sauber im Raum, ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen dort! Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, Parken außerhalb möglich, aber schwierig da reine Wohngegend. Straßenbahn genau vor der Tür, schnelle Anbindung an die Stadt. Fenster kann man nicht über Nacht auflassen da die A5 direkt nebenan verläuft, Klimaanlage funktioniert aber bzw. heizt auch bei Bedarf. Im Zimmer steht ein 0,5 ltr. Tetrapak-Wasser bereit. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Es ist ein neues Hotel in sehr gutem Zustand. Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöne große Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Alles sehr gut.
