The hotels was fabulous. Renovated, very clean, staff was friendly. I recommend the hotel and it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to the square where many shops, restaurants, and cafes are. Plenty to explore on foot. The first area surrounding the hotel was not great, but I wouldn’t let that deter you from staying there just plan to walk 5-10 minutes to the town square area

Breakfast was fresh and had lots of options. The coffee machine was wonderful. Next line The neighborhood is older but near the train station and the night time was very noisy not only with people but machinery noises early morning.

We had a nice stay during Oktoberfest. Very walkable to the grounds and Old Town Munich. Only downside- breakfast was a little expensive for what they offered. Would stay again.

I booked a Standard Twin Room at Hotel Boutique Germania through Expedia based on the photos shown online. The advertised images highlight a bright, stylish boutique room with clean décor, wall art, modern lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the actual room I received was very different. The space was dark, outdated, and basic, with worn carpet, minimal décor, and no resemblance to the images used in the listing. The beds, furniture, and lighting setup were not consistent with what was advertised. The difference between the online presentation and the actual room is significant enough to be considered misleading. When I raised the issue with staff, they were unable to assist and told me only the manager could handle it — but the manager was not available. There was no solution or support offered during my stay. For one night it was manageable, but the overall experience was disappointing and not what I booked or expected. This property should ensure their online listings reflect the reality of the rooms so guests can make an informed choice.
