I wanted a hotel close to the train station because I was arriving from Salzburg in the evening. I don’t love neighborhoods by train stations, including this one. But! This hotel is beautiful (rooms are a little small) but the interiors are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable, and have small fridges, coffee and kettle (no robe/slippers) amenities like shampoo and bedding were top notch. I had one of the best coffee extra-grandes of my life. What sets this hotel apart is the front desk staff. Phenomenal from check in to check out. Thanks so much!!

Great location for a short break to Munich. Very handy for the train and underground station. Fantastic air conditioning system keeping us nice and cool during this hot spell. Didn’t try breakfast as we had trips booked that left early in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

Best part of the stay was Christian at the front desk. We were NOT given the room we booked. When inquiring about it at the front desk, we were met with attitude. Then, after exploring the city for the day we came home to the main door being left open. The “soundproofing” kept falling down from the doors.

Das Hotel ist für ein paar Nächte in Bahnhofsnähe ideal. Etwas abgewohnt, jedoch punktet durch freundliches Personal, sehr gutem Frühstück und relativ großem Zimmer

O hotel é maravilhoso! Parece q foi reformado ha pouco, tudo novinho, nespresso no quarto, os funcionários super prestativos e solícitos. Uma reta da munich hpf . O unico porem é a região, achei bem perigosa. Eu estava cim meu marido e filho e mesmo assim presenciei na rua pessoas vendendo e comprando drogas, casas noturnas de baixo nivel. A noite é bem perigoso andar a pé, sugiro uber ou taxi, mesmo que seja perto.
O hotel eh muito muito bom e cafe maravilhoso.

O Hotel é muito velho, em uma localização muito tumultuada. Na recepção é confuso o atendimento e não muito prestativo quando o assunto é o estacionamento. Na avaliação um 3 estrelas de Monique. Café da manhã muito fraco pelo preço. Precisam melhorar em muito.Eu não recomendo como um 4 estrelas.

Hotellet var i og for sig fint nok, det ligger i et kvarter som ikke virker som byens mest trygge.
Min største bekymring er måden man checker ind på. De vil have et kort registreret som sikkerhed, det giver sådan set meget god mening, men måden ekspedienten valgt at gøre det, var ved at skrive, kort nummeret ned, og i slutningen, vagte hun lige at vende det og aflæse cvc-koden. 😑
Det skal lige siges at værelset var betalt på forhånd.

This was by far the WORST hotel in our 15 days in Europe, the staff extremely rude, there was an awful smell in the room and AC was not working, asked to be moved to another room and answer was a flat NO, they came and cleaned bathroom and put deodorizing to cover smell, at least they got AC running but the ceiling shower in bathroom had MOLD

Location is near the main railway station. Lots of younger men hanging around at night on the streets, don’t think I would book if I were a group of woman or single woman staying to be honest.
Hotel was very good but bathroom was very compact. Room was cleaned daily which was great and it was not noisy considering there are two youth hostels nearby. I would book again.
