Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, der Service und die Rezeption waren sehr freundlich allerdings hatten die frischen Handtücher kleine Flecken

Sehr freundliche Damen an der Rezeption, schöne, moderne, aber kleine Zimmer. Gute Lage.

Dålig incheckning, dålig service vid frukosten. Man kände sig i vägen och smutsiga tallrikar plockades inte bort. Det tog ner betyget. Maten va högklassig. Inte personalen.

Elevator to my wing out of order the entire time

The hotels was fabulous. Renovated, very clean, staff was friendly. I recommend the hotel and it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to the square where many shops, restaurants, and cafes are. Plenty to explore on foot. The first area surrounding the hotel was not great, but I wouldn’t let that deter you from staying there just plan to walk 5-10 minutes to the town square area

We had a nice stay during Oktoberfest. Very walkable to the grounds and Old Town Munich. Only downside- breakfast was a little expensive for what they offered. Would stay again.

Flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. Kort avstand til togstasjonen, oktober festival og sentrum. Ikke beste strøket, men det bryr vi oss ikke om. Hyggelig og imøtekommende resepsjonister. Vi kommer igjen😉

More a 3 than a 4 star hotel

I booked a Standard Twin Room at Hotel Boutique Germania through Expedia based on the photos shown online. The advertised images highlight a bright, stylish boutique room with clean décor, wall art, modern lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the actual room I received was very different. The space was dark, outdated, and basic, with worn carpet, minimal décor, and no resemblance to the images used in the listing. The beds, furniture, and lighting setup were not consistent with what was advertised. The difference between the online presentation and the actual room is significant enough to be considered misleading. When I raised the issue with staff, they were unable to assist and told me only the manager could handle it — but the manager was not available. There was no solution or support offered during my stay. For one night it was manageable, but the overall experience was disappointing and not what I booked or expected. This property should ensure their online listings reflect the reality of the rooms so guests can make an informed choice.

Trevligt ställe med mycket snygg inredning. Skönt att slippa vitt. Här gick allt i djupare färger. Trist att det slamrades så otroligt mycket på morgonen någonstans ifrån. Som om någon flyttade möbler

Very stylish hotel - easy for train station and 15 min walk to old town. A little noisy on the street at night, but nothing serious
