Situated on great shopping area and just the most stunning hotel. Impeccably high standard throughout and our bedroom and bathroom exceptional All round a great overnight experience.

The hotel is quite luxurious. It is exclusive to the guests. That is, others are not allowed in unless accompanied by a guest. It is strange that beverages are not allowed in the beautiful lobby area with the fireplace. There is also a separate very large living room with complementary snacks and beverages. However, alcoholic beverages are not allowed even if they are brought from the upstairs bar. They do serve Prosecco on request in this area. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of foods and is very good. The à la carte items on the breakfast menu were also very nice. We had drinks in the bar. The cocktails are very good. They have quite a few very interesting ones.

Terrific hotel! My daughter and I have stayed here several times and would never consider staying elsewhere when in Dusseldorf. The amenities are top notch-from the beautiful living room to the well appointed rooms stocked with complementary drinks and snacks to the gorgeous pool and excellent fitness center. The personal assistant staff is first rate, patiently answering a myriad of questions about train schedules and restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and lovely city. Only tip I would give is, don’t have the afternoon tea, just select one of there delicious cakes and have a drink of your choice.

This hotel was pure luxury. The staff went above and beyond. The food service was excellent as was the bar. The location was extremely good for shopping sightseeing. It was just a short walk to the river. Unfortunately our view could’ve been fabulous. looked onto a construction site of a company who had gone bankrupt and it was in process, but not going anywhere.

Perhaps the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Wonderful staff, private lounge area behind first floor doors, 3 locked accesses to your room, truly excellent dining area on second floor. Right in the heart of Dusseldorf with outstanding shops and restaurants all around. Highly recommend.

This is a truly spectacular property and the staff are phenomenal. The attention to detail is evident in everything from the layout of the hotel, the spaciousness of the rooms, the exclusive feel one gets in every space to event the details of how the marble in the lobby leads into the the same marble in the elevators. Not a single door knob or faucet or parquet flooring creaked or was even remotely showing any signs of wear and tear. They’ve got a great selection of restaurants, and the proximity to the best shopping area in Düsseldorf will certainly help you burn a hole in your pocket. All that aside, I would not stay anywhere else in Düsseldorf. This is a high end, high class, property and you feel from the moment you set foot through its revolving doors.
