The hotel is quite luxurious. It is exclusive to the guests. That is, others are not allowed in unless accompanied by a guest. It is strange that beverages are not allowed in the beautiful lobby area with the fireplace. There is also a separate very large living room with complementary snacks and beverages. However, alcoholic beverages are not allowed even if they are brought from the upstairs bar. They do serve Prosecco on request in this area. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of foods and is very good. The à la carte items on the breakfast menu were also very nice. We had drinks in the bar. The cocktails are very good. They have quite a few very interesting ones.

Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer ist geräumig und elegant, das Frühstück ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass die Minibar kostenlos ist und am Abend wieder aufgefüllt wird. Das Luxushotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Terrific hotel! My daughter and I have stayed here several times and would never consider staying elsewhere when in Dusseldorf. The amenities are top notch-from the beautiful living room to the well appointed rooms stocked with complementary drinks and snacks to the gorgeous pool and excellent fitness center. The personal assistant staff is first rate, patiently answering a myriad of questions about train schedules and restaurant recommendations.
