Hotel Beek

Hotel Beek was perfect for us. We had a lovely, spacious, comfortable room with a balcony looking over the site of the Roman Baths ruins and Friedricksbad. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the service was excellent. Robin and Col, Australia.

Magnificent charming hotel in an excellent position right at the Caracalla and Friedrichbad. Receptionist excellent help and breakfast was 5 star dining. Room spacious with sitting area with a great view. Bus at the door. Great value in a very expensive town. Loved it!

It was a wonderful stay in Baden-Baden and hotel Beek made it even better. From the very first minute we felt that the staff really cares about our comfort. Extremely helpful and friendly people. Spacious rooms with nice furniture. Great breakfast in the charming cafe looking at the pleasant street makes the beginning of the day really joyful.

Great little find in excellent location. Next to Friederichsbad, shopping, restaurants, museums.

The stay was wonderful, we spent 3 nights in the hotel, travelling around. the stuff was very friendly, a were welcomed by Elizaveta and got good rooms and personal attention. We got tasty and nice served breakfast in the café of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

this is a 3-star hotel so don't expect 5-star standards. This said, the breakfast was extremely good and vast ranging. The receptionist / operation manager Elisaveta was also very courteous and helpful during our brief stay. The hotel is in the heart of Baden-Baden, so accessibility to all parts of the city are easily within reach by foot.

Wifi was so slow it was unusable. Hotel staff was indifferent and seemed to either not care about customer service or unaware that it might be something they should pay attention to. The front desk is only occasionally manned and the front door is supposed to be locked but it is broken therefore security is suspect. The in room safe is sitting loose in the closet seems anyone could pick it up and walk out with it if they wanted to. The Hotel breakfast was not very good.

The hotel is very closed to both famous spa centers. The hotel is above a busy coffee shop and restaurant. There is no one staying at the hotel reception, so we had to ring the bell to call someone from the coffee shop for check in/out. If you have any queries, you can only contact them by phone....but no one answered our phone in the evening.

Great location near the Roman bath ruins. Old hotel with an elevator. Excellent breakfast included. The staff was very cooperative and efficient. I loved this place.

The charm and hospitality of this cosy hotel still excists! We enjoyed long delicious breakfasts and the atmosphee of being pampered. Location in the middle of everything tells it all - easy to start your day in different directions of this lovely city. It s a year of jubilee - Baden-Baden stays a wonderful place to visit. More of that, when staying in a place so welcoming, tidy and great! Thank you.

Hotel beek is old but clean and comfortable. The only downside is parking. They do not have a parking lot and the closest public lot is 4 blocks away walking...6 blocks away driving. It is conveniently located if old town and the spas are your thing. It is right there. Many sidewalk cafe'a are nearby with very good food. One of them is operated by the hotel. Your breakfast is served on china and "silver"; not a buffet. This is a nice touch and you get generous servings but cannot stuff yourself as you can at many hotels. This was our second visit and I recommend it to you if the location meets your needs. If you are just passing through and need an overnight, stay closer to the highway.

Schon beim check in war das Personal völlig überfordert als man versucht hat zu zweit eine 6 köpfige Reisegruppe und meine Freundin und mich abzuarbeiten. Es wurde viel durcheinander gesprochen und uns am Ende der Schlüssel zu einem noch besetzen Raum gegeben. Nachdem ich das reklamieren wollte durften wir feststellen dass 2 Minuten später schon keiner mehr am Empfang war. Das sollte sich auch für die nächsten 30 Minuten nicht ändern. Besonders ärgerlich, da wir noch einen vollen Terminplan hatten. Aber oftmals, wenn wir an dem Wochenende am Empfang vorbei gingen war dort keiner anzufinden. Scheint dort normal zu sein, dass keiner for Gäste zuständig ist. Ein weiteres Ärgernis war die Hellhörigkeit in diesem Hotel. Egal ob irgendwo eine Tür zuging, man hat es gehört. Wenn sich Nachts jemand auf der Straße unterhält (in normaler Lautstärke) hört man es. Das Thema Isolierung ist dort völlig an dem Hotel vorbei gegangen. Dafür kann man sagen, dass die Betten ganz bequem sind. So kann man dem Leuten draußen zumindest gemütlich zuhören. Das Frühstück war gut und wir haben ein sauberes Badezimmer vorgefunden. Leider war das Zimmer als solches nur relativ oberflächlich gereinigt. Dort auch mal eine Staubschicht zu finden war kein großes Problem. Fazit: Wenn der Service mal da war, dann eher unorganisiert und überfordert. Eine gewisse Grundreinigung ist vorhanden aber nicht auf detailliert. Und sofern sich jemand draußen ist im Hotel bewegt bekommt man es mit hoher Wahrscheinlich.
