Room was clean and had all that was needed except for a kettle, but it was tiny!. The bar and food were very good as were the prices, but the guy looking after the bar/kitchen service was run ragged and under staffed, but kept a smile going. Location was good.

No complaints about the staff but the room is pretty small. Bathroom is also pretty tight. You can also hear when people close their door. Otherwise, if you just want a room to stay, location isn’t too bad. About 10 min walk from the train station. Some restaurants around but some areas around it look sketchy at night. Not too much of an issue as lots of people walk around but just something to be mindful of.

I only stayed one night, but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It was walkable to the train station, and in a quite neighborhood close to the river.

Clean room, but bathroom is tiny. Nice location. Receptionist had a lengthy chat with a colleague while a line waited for service, not ideal.

Staff was friendly, parking was easy and convenient! The hotel is located in a good location. You’re able to walk to the Frankfurt Cathedral along the water. Beautiful trail with lots of playgrounds for kids! We didn’t stop for breakfast at the hotel but noticed that the prices were cheaper at the hotel than they were listed online. The floors could use a steam clean (I only noticed because we have young kids) and the lights have chords hanging down to the floor (red flag with young kids) but other than that our room was clean and spacious enough.

The administration is a disaster, asking for an invoice to prepay was not answerd for three weeks and then an email came back asking me whether I had a question. I expected that all rooms are accessible by lift, mine and several others were not, be design. One had to use the stairs with heavy luggage. To reach rooms on the ground floor, you first had to go up to the first floor, and then down again to the ground floor. I expected that the "chambre privilege" or superior room would be bigger than the economy room, but rooms are assigned by availability, not by what you have paid for; very disappointing. I expected to have orange juice at breakfast, it was not available for one week. I expected to have hot sausages at breakfast, but it was only available on a few days because they had only one unit for screambled eggs and sausages together. The good thing was the 24 hour bar and very friendly and helpful bar staff.

Great hotel with a reasonably good location for the city and Frankfurt Messe. Comfy rooms with excellent breakfast!

Good value for money property well located within walking distance of main railway station. Hotel was located in a nice area and provided a view of the river from our room. Overall a satisfied short stay.

It was quite hot, so Happy they had a/c. Had to switch rooms as the a/c did not work in our first room, but they were very accommodating. 15 min walk to train station and 25 min walk to the old square and many restaurants. Great for a quick stay in Frankfurt.
