The room was clean and the staff were excellent

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Bettwäsche ging ein unangenehmer Geruch aus, sodass wir mitten in der Nacht überlegten die Reise abzubrechen. Das Personal ist mehr oder weniger freundlich. 20€ für eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage empfanden wir auch nicht gerade preiswert.

Room clean and warm

Room was clean and had all that was needed except for a kettle, but it was tiny!. The bar and food were very good as were the prices, but the guy looking after the bar/kitchen service was run ragged and under staffed, but kept a smile going. Location was good.

No complaints about the staff but the room is pretty small. Bathroom is also pretty tight. You can also hear when people close their door. Otherwise, if you just want a room to stay, location isn’t too bad. About 10 min walk from the train station. Some restaurants around but some areas around it look sketchy at night. Not too much of an issue as lots of people walk around but just something to be mindful of.

직원들도 그냥 그렇고.. 처음엔 방을 너무 이상한 지하 구석방을 줘서 도저히 갈수 없어 추거로 지불허고 윗층을 받았어요.. 친절하게 직원이 바꿔줬지만 처음에 방 배정 받고는 정말 실망 했었어요.. 패밀리 룸이라고 하는데 엘레베이터도 없는 지하 방을 …. 짐도 들고 내려가야하는… 독일 이미지 별로네요.. 인종 차별이었는지.. 기분은 나빴지만 어쨌든 돈을 더 내고 방을 바꿨는데.. 이비스는 늘 그렇듯 방이 너무 후졌어요.. 잠만 자고 갈꺼라 급하게 잡았지만 다시는 이비스호텔 안갈꺼에요.. 화장실도 좁고 침구도 별루 .. 제발 다른데 가세요

I only stayed one night, but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It was walkable to the train station, and in a quite neighborhood close to the river.

En general el Hotel está ubicado en buena zona, sin embargo nos sentimos inseguros, la gente puede entrar y subir en el elevador sin control. La primera noche nuestro teléfono sonó a las 2 de la mañana y era un señor preguntando por nuestro cuarto, le colgamos y siguió insistiendo; tuvimos que dejar descolgado el teléfono. Se escuchaba que la gente intentaba abrir las puertas me sentí muy insegura todo el tiempo

Clean room, but bathroom is tiny. Nice location. Receptionist had a lengthy chat with a colleague while a line waited for service, not ideal.

Die Türen der Zimmer knallen recht laut zu, auch wenn man sich bemüht, leise zu sein. Die Sache mit der Nachtklingel bei der Rezeption ist etwas umständlich.

Mülleimerim Badezimmer wären angenehm.

Super Lage

Oda gerçekten küçüktü 17 metrekare rahat bir büyüklük değilmiş neyseki single konakladım ve oda twin bed idi. giysi dolabı olmaması beni zorladı çünkü fuar için gitmiştim ve ceketlerimi pantalonlarımı rahatça asamadım. Nehire yakın olması bence çok iyiydi şehrin yerlisi gibi yürüyüş yapabildim. Tekrar gitsem tekrar tercih ederim.

Ganz gemütliche Atmosphäre

Staff was friendly, parking was easy and convenient! The hotel is located in a good location. You’re able to walk to the Frankfurt Cathedral along the water. Beautiful trail with lots of playgrounds for kids! We didn’t stop for breakfast at the hotel but noticed that the prices were cheaper at the hotel than they were listed online. The floors could use a steam clean (I only noticed because we have young kids) and the lights have chords hanging down to the floor (red flag with young kids) but other than that our room was clean and spacious enough.
