It was truly a beautiful hotel – almost like a luxury hotel. Perfectly located in Berlin, with short walking distance to everything in the city center. Plenty to see within a 2 km radius. Cool, spacious room with a larger-than-usual TV and a bathtub. Great hotel. We will definitely come back again.

I believe Hotel reception staff is too rude for the reception. They don’t reply the communication through the messaging. You can check it out my messages with the Hotel and the reception doesn’t have any knowledge about the local area.

1. The safe didn't work on the second day of our stay. 2. The air conditioning wasn't functioning. 3. Our room wasn't cleaned on the third day. Despite calling reception twice, I was told housekeeping had already left for the day, and they only managed to bring up one towel for the two of us. I had to call reception again to ask for another towel, as I wasn't sharing one. We eventually received two fresh towels, but the dirty ones were left on the bathroom floor. 4. Due to the room not being cleaned, I requested two clean glasses but was given two mugs instead. 5. As the room wasn't cleaned, we were offered two free drinks. However, it wasn't specified at reception that alcoholic drinks were not included. 6. The Wifi in the room was not working for 2 days. I had to use my own data and go into the lobby. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at this 4-star hotel, especially as it was a present for my sister's birthday. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any family or friends. Despite all these issues, we received no compensation, only an apology.
