The staff is wonderful. The room smelled amazing and was clean. Such a beautiful quaint small hotel near airport. They serve breakfast which you have three option authentic, which they cook your eggs to your liking and American which is eggs to your liking with pancakes or fruit plate. Parking is at their property and safe. Highly recommended.

Really great place. Only downside is that they don’t offer free shuttle, and it’s less than a km away from the airport. The shuttle was expensive considering Guatemalan prices

The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. Our room was small, tidy, and quiet. The bed was so hard we had difficulty sleeping and woke up sore. Also there was no place to hang any clothes--no hangers, no hooks. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They answered the doorbell promptly, recommended Shucos and Chellas for dinner, and arranged for our taxi to the airport.

I checked out a day earlier and was told I could not be given a refund. Upon checking in, basic amenities like air conditioning or even electrical fans were not available. My stay was uncomfortable as the room was hot and the bathroom did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned.

This is a very nice hotel/inn near the airport, in walking distance to the museums and zoo. The staff are very friendly and it is very clean. The free breakfast was also great.
