booked the hotel for a night at around 9 pm and arrived at the property at around 11 pm. As soon as we got into the room, we noticed that there was no AC and asked to check out and get a refund (mind you we were only on the property for less than 10 mins) they did not grant it even though the listing on hotels.com does not mention that the property does not have AC. not helpful customer service/staff. and the rooms look nothing like the images, they clearly posted a picture of their best room.

The room was clean and functional—nothing fancy, but it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was warm, which was a nice plus. for travelers needing quick access to the airport—but it comes with a downside. The outside traffic noise was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep through the night. On a positive note, breakfast was included and the food was genuinely delicious.

Excelente lugar, tranquilo y limpio

It's close to the airport, about 3 minutes away, and near the zoo. Overall it's fine for one night. We stayed two nights and couldn't sleep because of the heat — the room didn't have air conditioning and out of the 3 windows, only one could be opened. And the noise from cars on the street makes it hard to sleep. For food nearby, there's only a food cart around.

Very close to the airport. Super clean rooms. This was one rare occasion the floor was so clean our feet stayed clean!! The staff were very kind. And it was a nice option to select their free breakfast from three different choices.

Adequate for a night before departure. No ac and room got warm. The staff was very nice but you need to know Spanish to communicate properly. Little to no stores or restaurants in walking distance but the room came with breakfast. We had to order in. Not a bad stay

Clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport is available 24 hour and only five min drive. I would definitely stay here again left to early for breakfast but I expect it would be descent as well
