We needed a room for four adults. We were assigned a great room with two double beds, a set of bunk beds and a couch/futon. We had plenty of space. Some of the staff did not speak English (and our Spanish is very limited) but we were able to communicate fine. We were close walking distance to restaurants, ATMs, the park and shopping. We would stay here again!

The location couldn't be more perfect right between the plaza and and he arcs/church. Looks like it was the main street of town as well. And it closes to traffic on the weekends which makes it so lively. They have a bar downstairs which is convenient for getting a drink but never had problems with noise. The staff is amazing, shot out to the front desk Jessenia, she is so helpful! The included breakfast was DELICIOUS and in a beautiful terrace. The service was fast and effective. We would leave in the morning and come back shortly and to our surprise our room had already been cleaned. They were fantastic. I'd definitely stay again if in Antigua.

Location is very good--right on one of the main tourist area streets (5th) and very close to the central parque or to walk up to La Merced. Room (one king bed) was adequate, but only window was to the patio terrace. The terrace had its own couch/chairs tables for breakfasts and to hang out. Breakfast was good and included. One drawback is that the reception person is not in attendance most of the day, so if you have questions, etc, not always available (although were nice and helpful when they were there).

My elder son and I stayed here for a week and we would do so again without hesitation. Centrally located on 5th Avenue, you can walk out into Antigua or relax in the quiet and tranquility of this clean and friendly bed and breakfast. With only five rooms, the common area easily became either our expansive personal patio with shade and sun or a friendly family area to mingle with other guests. The breakfasts were a delight and Ana’s warmth and her skills contributed to a perfect start to each day with a delicious, full breakfast along with her smile. Our room was simple, but clean. The comfortable beds with comforters, hot showers, cable tv complete with CNN International and ESPN International, and the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff gave us an inviting home for the week. My son and I both loved it and were sad to leave!

Right in the heart of Antigua! It is perfect location to walk anywhere! The room was a great size and the bed was so comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here! It was hard sometimes as no one was on reception much when we stayed here. So trying to organise a breakfast box before our tour one morning was difficult and also trying to organise a transfer home was hard and left to the last minute. But apart from that a great place to stay.

Cute little place but you are paying for location rather than quality of the rooms. Enjoyed the communal seating area and the breakfast was fine. While the location is its best asset it also makes it noisy as 5th avenue is a popular street for late night revellers. There are better options for this price range IMO

Booked this room and asked if they could do something special for my wife and I as it was her first time back to guatemala since she moved to Canada 26 years ago and also happened to be our wedding anniversary. Well when we walked in the room there were rose petals everywhere and a very nice note and petals spelling out "te amo" on the floor. I may have been more surprised than her and she didnt even know i had notified the hotel prior about anything. Very friendly staff and sorry we only had a single night there but we had traveled to many other locations in guatemala and no hotel was as good as this one. Will definitely book this hotel next time we go. Can't say enough about it.

Wifi - amazing. Breakfast - very tasty, and they let us (4 ppl) eat early as we had to leave early. Location - could not possibly be better. Rooms - beautiful! Common space- comfy and spacious! Only con is that I know this place will become too popular for me to afford it eventually. (okay, actually con is that the rooms on the street get a tad noisy)
