Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised I booked a twin non-smoking room at this hostel based on the photos, which showed a reasonably spacious room. However, what we got was a tiny box-like room with barely enough space to move around — we couldn’t even open our single large suitcase properly inside the room. To make things worse, one of the duvets reeked of cigarette smoke and had visible stains on the bedding, despite it being a non-smoking room. We had paid upfront for a 6-day stay, which included daily cleaning and fresh bedding, but the room was only cleaned twice during our entire stay. When I requested clean towels, the staff member at reception seemed annoyed and reluctant to provide them. The overall service was disappointing and fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, this was the worst hostel experience we've ever had. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The narrowest hotel I've ever stayed in, but ok because it feels like it's in the city center and the shower water is strong. Not according to the photos and was referred to the home stay next door yi canadian hostel.

At first it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, many Indians said "don't trust anyone" so we looked for it ourselves. If you take the bus and get off at Tshim Tsa Tsui, you can see a small alley next to Brilliant Mlle, across from it is Mixue, you are on the right path! Go straight until you find the elevator and then look for the Dhillon Hostel floor. We stayed in room 801, it was clean and cool, but on the 2nd day we were bitten by mites, so it's better to bring your own bedsheet so you don't get itchy. Overall it's good, you get what you pay for. There is a deposit that is not listed on the website, so it's better to bring cash, yesterday our deposit was 250HKD. Thank you to the kind and gentle staff.

The Hotel Location is very Strategic in the City Center of Nathan Road, everywhere is close, MTR Station is close, and passed by Bus Line. However, the Space Room is super Small, so it is difficult to move in the room. The Hotel is Clean, there is a Hot and Cold Shower. There is no AC, only a Fan.

Kecewa dengan Hotelnya, Keterangan berAC, tapi ternyata hanya Fan, ruangan juga sempit sekali. Sesuai Harga juga sih. Tapi jauh banget dari Expectasi, sangat berbeda dari gambar foto di Sajikan, namun secara Keseluruhan hotel tergolong bersih dan ada Fasilitas air panas untuk showernya, dan lokasi yang sangat sangat strategis tepat di pusat Kota.

I suggest don't choose this hotel, the hotel is located in the market, dirty and not suitable, the bed is very small for 2 people, and it's also difficult to stand up, I didn't stay overnight and my money also couldn't be refunded, I already paid for 4 evening, don't order if you don't want to be disappointed.

For the budget hostel, the location is near to MRT station. Hongkong everything especially accommodation is expensive, so if you look for budget accommodation, this hostel may suitable for you. It is suitable for backpack traveller (without big luggage) because the room is really small. The Double bed is using Queen bed. So far, me and friends like the location. When back to airport, you just cross the street to get the bus station. Surrounding area, you can find many shops and restaurant also walking distance to Victoria Harbour.

Ekspektasi awalnya tidak terlalu berharap, tapi begitu datang dapat kamar di Pacific Lodge blok C yang satu grup dengan mereka yang cukup nyaman. Check in juga tidak terlalu banyak drama. Hanya minta 10 persen tambahan tourist tax. Kamarnya bersih. Ukuran sesuai dengan harga, kamar mandi juga lega dengan air panas yang berfungsi. Handuk diberikan secara cuma-cuma. AC juga berfungsi. Hanya TV saja yang tidak berfungsi. Lift masuk selalu mengantri tetapi tidak terlalu masalah.

Very good. The best thing is according to the price, clean rooms, friendly receptionist, because the hotel is in the city center. So it's easy to go anywhere. Many tourist attractions that we can go for free, near the hotel. No need to ride a vehicle, save just walk😊, Those who like selfies can take good photos of the place you can visit. Near bus stops, call taxes or want to take a taxi to the hotel, very strategic up / down the front of the road, in front of the hotel. Mantar station is very close to the hotel, many restaurants, malls.

A lousy services and rude personnel especially with staffs. These staffs refused to listen to your concerns instead they shoo you away and told you to look for another hostel. They charged 15% for cleaning fee but never clean the room nor throw away the trash bins at all. There are so many dead baby cockroaches inside the room all hiding under the beds & at the back of the ref. This budget hostel should be banned and strongly not recommended for staying. For prison cells this will be ok but not for tourist. These staffs should be trained how to treat their customers because they treat their customers like a trash. Wtf. Will never go back to this place ever. By the way, these staffs also shouted at their customers if they see Filipinos chatting about their rotten services.

I Had a good stay to the hostel, yes the room was too small, however it is clean and cheap compare to other hostels. I also like the service the people was accommodating especially the Filipina staff name Myla. She very friendly and we ask everything to her since this is our 1st tine in HK she became our guide and answer all the questions. All in all we enjoy the 4day stay in HK. Thank you for great experience.

The place was awesome. Within city center and very near to MTR. The room was okay practically wise and the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely book my next trip to hongkong in this hostel. Ate Myla and Sherie are very accommodating to us
