The staff are very nice, friendly, reliable, and helpful, especially the lady staff one, she's very kind. The place is clean and comfy and very strategic to explore around Hong Kong because it is nearby the station.

I had a wonderful experience. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and available at all times whenever I had any concerns. The place was very clean and comfortable. A good bed and a nice bathroom. The location is perfect, easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome places and restaurants. I would definitely come again!

It is easy and fast to check in and check out by using their machine. I added the late check out upon check in. It was HK$60. The bed is big and comfortable. I left my key card inside the bed, although no reception there, I called and they can issue me the key by their side via the phone. Fragrance machine is found in the toilet and I think they spray perfume in the room or capsule. Not bad. In short, I got what I paid for.

This hotel is cool! Comfortable bed with all amenities I need. I love the ceiling of the pod! I booked one night on Expedia and eventually extended 2 more nights at this self service machine.

It's a bit confusing when checking in 🤣 and the capsule door isn't closed wkwkwk but it's safe for your belongings, just to try it out for a night, it's worth it, but if you stay for a long time, don't worry because there's no place to put your luggage, please don't compare Hong Kong to the capsules in Japan, it's definitely a shock

Image does not match the original. The bathroom is dirty, the room area smells, many guests are staying long term, they dominate the room, starting from the room, kitchen, bathroom and luggage room. Very uncomfortable. From booking 3 nights, I only stayed 1 night, the rest moved hotels.

The concept of this hostel is good, clean too, and really has all the facilities using technology. But for those who are not familiar with self check in service, it will be a little confusing. Beginning to find the location of this hostel is also very difficult. No local hongkong people understand English. Please include a clear location, building name, no. elevators, and if necessary, the hostel board in front of the building. So people are not confused.
