Excellent location and good customer service! We arrived early and they allowed us to check-in with no extra cost. They also provide luggage storage upon check-out should you wish to explore more on your last day. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location and very attentive staff. Good lap pool. We didn't use the restaurant as there are so many restaurants very near (so can't comment about food). Rooms serviced every 3 days which didn't bother us at all (probably a great idea so staff can concentrate on rooms that are vacated.

Perfectly situated in the midst of TST near the MTR, great room and amenities (excellent pool + fitness room), and a decent on-site restaurant. This is my go-to when visiting HK for its location, great eats and shopping, and quick access to the MTR to the rest of the city. All this makes for great value for the very reasonable cost.
