Hotel with the best service. Very friendly and helpful staff since the beginning of our booking, when we had some problems with our reservation, we were given the best solution. Staff at front desk are very friendly and warm. They upgraded me to a suite which I appreciate very much. Room was clean and quiet, I had a very good rest. Bathroom is a bit old but still good enough. Will certainly stay with this hotel in future

I think the hotel rating is incorrect. the room where I stayed does not meet the criteria as a superior room of a 4 star hotel, yet to use the word "Plus" on its name, since the bed is actually not a bed. It's a platform bed with a very thin and low quality mattress (you can feel the plywood when you lay down on it), where people in the village used to wear and it does not give any comfortable experince at all. the hotel should improve the rooms with comfortable beds to be classified as a 4 star hotel. I feel dissapointed and definitely will not come again to this hotel nor to recommend it to my family/friends.

Location is good, 5 minutes walk to train, close to CBD area. The hotel is kind of bit old however, they don't provide any toiletries except for toilet paper. Else everything is OK.

Such a pleasure to stay here. Don't expect too much about the room because it seems the price is worth for the location. It's located in central TST nearby k11 musea and Avenue of Stars Hong Kong, subway station and etc., and buses from the airport stop in front of the hotel! The staff so helpful and kind.

Strategic location near MRT and taxi can stop in front of the hotel. However, the room is cramped. Paying a lot with a double bed sign, it turns out the size is not a queen bed, so it's cramped for four people. Better to go to another hotel, pay 2 rooms than 1 room that is very cramped, there are insects so you wake up with 2 insect bites. Then the mattress is very hard, the shower faucet is easy to break, the room is damp, then the garden view in question is the neighbor's garden. Breakfast is simple, and cannot be packed. Leave your luggage overnight, pay 10 dollars per suitcase. The elevator is cramped. Totally very disappointing. Will not come here again.

One day I forgot to leave the makeup room sign and the hotel did not clean my room. I always think that daily cleaning should be done regularly every day and not wait for the guest to leave the sign.

As expected from reviews online, room was small and aged. We chose to stay there just for the sake of its strategic location since we won't be spending much time in the room. Walking distance to Avenue of Stars and many restaurants. What I hate the most is the bathroom 🤢

Good location on the road but not very soundproof. Noisy from other rooms. Clean bathroom. Hot water and hot quickly. Only towels provided. You have to buy other things yourself. But I was impressed.
