Reception lady was really friendly and helpful. Check-in process was fast and smooth. Room was HK standard small size but packed with essentials. They provide shuttle every hour to some places, was very convenient. Great hospitality and service. Thank you

The staff are very helpful, courteous, and friendly. We love the hotel's convenience. The room is not spacious but just nice for travelers. It was a good stay. Restaurants around the hotel are quite nice too.

The location near the olympic MTR statuon but quite far from Mongkok station. There’s MCD and local restaurant nearby. The room is fits for two people not more, bath room quite unique. I love the shuttle, it tooks us to mal and anykind of crowded around mongkok.

Location is perfect for those who want to shop and eat around the Mongkok area. There are MTR stations around the vicinity as well so commuting by train to Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park and other attractions were accessible. The room was clean and small but very comfortable. They also provide a mobile device which can provide internet while you're on the go. Overall a great stay! This is my second Dorsett hotel, and I'm really pleased with their accommodation and services.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was in good repair and well designed. The hotel facilities were very sufficient. We particularly liked the friendly staff. We found the breakfast dining to be of a high standard. We will be returning.

I appreciated the early check-in and being given a room on a high floor, but unfortunately, the Internet did not work properly. There was also very limited TV channels with only one in English. There were also some basic amenities missing. I understand that the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly, but there was no hand soap.

The room room was extremely small and bath area is too small, even smaller than that of a cruise ship bath area. No toiletries were provided. No drinking water was provided. It is quite a bit of walking to a MTR train station.

Was awaken by commotion outside our room. Apparently a couple had a fight and was banging our doors.
Breakfast wasn’t fantastic. Not much variety. Hotel staffs just stand around. Did not bother to serve the hotel residents. Area was small not much sitting places.
Overall still not a bad place to stay in , if you just need a simple place to stay with no amenities.

Staffs are accommodating. The room we stayed is quite small to say the least. The room is clean and fresh. The restroom by the lobby needs attention and need it to be aircon conditioned despite the luxury looks of the lobby itself. Overall, a good stay and the shuttle service to destinations is a plus.

First of all let me say that the staff were first class, cheerful and willing to help.
Unfortunately that is where the positives stop. We booked a so called Comfort Room. It was so small the bed had to be hard up against one wall which made getting in and out of bed difficult. There was barely enough room for two bags.
The bathroom was also small but the shower was very good.
We were told breakfast was from 7 to 10. We arrived at 9:30 but was told that there was no food left.
With a bigger room this property would have been given a better score but the bed situation was a deal breaker.
They offer a shuttle bus to downtown Kowloon which was handy.
