Shangrila is the best. Have a pleasant stay here. Huge room, spacious bathroom, complete amenities including welcome fresh fruit on arrival. Generous drinking water available in room. Great breakfast, plenty of food and choices. All staff super friendly and helpful. Special thanks for housekeeping team, we really appreciate the cleanliness. Location was very strategic, a step out from East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit door. We will definitely come back to Shangrila whenever we visit Hongkong in the future. I strongly recommended this hotel for everyone!

Mike, the front office officer, welcomed us very friendly. He is very helpful. He gave us all our requests like connecting rooms. He also gave us early check-in before we asked for it. The hotel location was very convenient, easy access by buses or MTR. The MTR exit door is just across the hotel. The hotel room was also clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to all of you who are traveling to Hong Kong.

This is my third times to choose Bridal Tea House Hotel, it’s comfortably, really near MTR Yau Ma Tei station and Bus stop A21 and nearby famous restaurants, Public Park, Night Market,etc. The Room was clean. And all Staff are really nice and good English. You can leave your luggage when you already checkout until 6:00 pm. It’s free!! Suggestions: You should running out in the morning to Kowloon Park, Ferry Pier and Avenue of Star. It’s really nice.

Best stay in HK by far. From super friendly staff to an amazing location, to paying attention to the tiniest details, has made it a perfect spot for spending our NYE vacation at this hotel. A clear view of the harbor made us enjoy the fireworks show at the comfort of our suite with magical views. The minibar is rich and free to use, free guides let you know which local food you need to try, and of course, breakfast at the amazing "Above and Beyond" Michelin Star Restaurant with an amazing view. Have a very pleasant stay at here! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hotel in the TST area. It's a 5-minute walk to the MTR, beside the hotel is One Dimsum, the famous dim sum restaurant! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, it's okay for 2 people, they also supply water dispensers on every floor (which this is a very good service), we didn’t need to buy mineral water again! On the day we checked out, we had a lot of luggage to bring to the bus station, the Indian man who was the hotel security directly HELPED US with the luggage, he guided us and pulled our luggage to the station 😭😭😭😭 HE NEED A SHOUTOUT, he is so KIND, he even didn’t accept tips from us! I highly recommend this hotel! Service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I will stay here again if I come back to Hong Kong in the future!
