Nice and cozy hotel with excellent staffs I stayed here for 5 nights (1705 and 1905) and it was really a perfect and enjoyable stay. Great location. the hotel is located just 3-5 mins walk from Jordan MTR station and close to several good restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But. best of all was the hotel staffs for their excellent services. they were so friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Oliver, Ian and Harvey. Thank You for always being so nice and made my stay memorable. Been in HK several times and stayed at different hotels but this is the first hotel that left deep impression on me. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Good hotel, nice ambience, friendly staff, I stayed at executive club room, although the room a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable.. The location is very strategic and there are many shopping area and supermarket around this hotel..for me the breakfast was good but less variety.. The outside of the hotel is good, but the room kinda old and small. I dont really bother by the size since we travel light 2 persons only in a room the price the hotel is cheap. But I wish they can do a bit of renovation of the wallpaper, the headrest and the carpet and do more attention of the cleanliness

The cleaner never come to clean the room when the room cleaning tag is hung on the door, must go down and inform the cleaner to come for the task. Never get such experience before in my stay elsewhere.

Great experience in Royal Plaza Hotel. We spent 5 nights in here… strategic location near shopping mall, MTR, and supermarket, also clean room and nice staff 😊

Hong Kong Premium Guest House
When we check in we though nice location but the surrounding very dirty and smell rubbish outside the lift. Then the door of our room cannot open and we stuck. They should check before they give to us. The toilet bowl cannot use because the flushing is damage and they fix but still not working. It is really irritating cause we need to top up the water manually to flush the bowl for our last day 2 night more. We didn't expect the room is very small. I cannot recommend this if you a very fussy and claustrophobic. Worst stay there cause can hear the other side of toilet if they use it the midke of night if you sleep early compare in other room they still awake.

Our stay is 4 nights 4 days: ✔️ Budget-friendly ✖️ we were welcomed by cockroaches (small to medium size) ✖️ we keep sneezing the whole time (probably due to dust and unchanged ancient curtains) ✔️ Aircon properly working ✖️ shower heater not working the last day ✖️ they collect the trash only 2 days the 2 remaining days was a mess ✔️ Very Accessible to MTR; Ferry (in case there are protests and no MTR & train) ✔️ Very Accessible to convenience store and fast food ✔️ You can leave your baggage upon check-out and just return before going to airport ✔️ Indian staffs are approachable
