amazing location, surrounded by great malls and shops that open until late night. the room is big, clean, and great decor. the service is excellent, worth the money. my mom (58 years old) was very happy with the hotel and the locations. so many great food nearby. and near MTR train, so convenient to go around Hong Kong. thank you The Mira Hong Kong.

Staffs at check in were wonderful. Concierge and Bell service was amazing and helpful.
the room is a bit dim and dark. upon checking in and arriving into the suit, there were hair near the tub, bathroom area. Shower area smelled like sewer, possibly because it's older hotel? We can smell the sewer during our shower.

This is certainly a very impressive hotel and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The Check in was ok but very slow, the check in person seeming to have to type a book to get us checked-in. The major weakness of the hotel was that they did not provide enough bottled water in the room - two very small bottles for two of us - that seems more than a little mean, especially when you consider the cost of the room.
