Staff was excellent. Food was good. Disappointed that the Thermal water was cold.

Staff was very rude. I was waiting on line to get check in and the staff was checking in their friends first even though I was next in line. Then when I got to check in, this woman came right to the desk and the person taking care of my check in went to help her leaving me waiting some more. Bad training

The best hotel!!!

The hotel is old and outdated. The couch in our suite was broken, the shower was broken. In 5 days the room was never cleaned, only towels added. Sauna is very small, no free salt room. Only dry and steam. The personal was friendly, the location is close to the lake, walking distance to everywhere. You don’t need a car. But we like better the Europa hotel where we stayed before for twice as less money than this time. It’s not worth it.

We had a nice visit, it was unseasonably warm and the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on, so our room was hot. The town is a short walk away and very nice.

Loved hotel!! Location incredible, few minute walk to thermal lake, rooms very clean and comfortable, staff amazing and helpful. The all-inclusive dinners are huge, delicious, and a lot of variety. Highly Highly recommend! Thank you Danubius!!

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber es gibt ein paar wichtige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Positiv: Das Essen war sehr gut, das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Wellnessbereich ist top und sehr angenehm zum Entspannen. Im Zimmer gibt es frische Handtücher und einen Bademantel, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Negativ: Leider wurden wir an der Rezeption nicht darüber informiert, dass der Parkplatz extra kostet. Das fanden wir nicht fair und wenig transparent. Außerdem ist das Parken vor Ort sehr kompliziert und stressig. Ein großes Problem waren auch die Liegen im Wellnessbereich: Sie sind ständig mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl viele Gäste gar nicht da sind. Das nimmt anderen die Möglichkeit, sie zu benutzen. Hier sollte das Hotel ein System einführen, z.B. wie in Italien, wo jede Zimmernummer eine feste Liege bekommt oder reservierte Liegen nach einer bestimmten Zeit freigegeben werden. Schade ist auch, dass es im Wellnessbereich keinen Aufguss gibt – das fehlt wirklich für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Noch eine Kleinigkeit: Im Zimmer gibt es zwar Handtücher und einen Bademantel, aber keine Wellnesstasche. Das wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Fazit: Sehr gutes Essen, sauberes Hotel und schöner Wellnessbereich, aber Organisation bei Parken, Liegen und Sauna-Aufgüssen muss dringend verbessert werden.

Das Essen hat uns nicht geschmeckt

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Essen war gut ud abwechslungsreich das Personal ear sehr freundlich, die Pools waren neu renoviert ebenfalls die Zimmer.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut und das Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel wurde im letzten Winter von Stockwerk 1 bis 3 renoviert, die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Ausserdem wurden die Pools sehr schön renoviert.
