The room was clean and so were the facilities. I would recommend trying to not get a room in the front, lots of people in the street at night. And stayingbthere in the winter, you have to sleep with the window open becausebthe heat runs constantly. The ataff is very freindly. I had a great stay.

Room was spotless and so well heated, and very well porportioned. Breakfast was excellent and gluten free options were available. The bistro offered a small but excellent selection of food and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel for location, amenities, food and service.

The staff and manager were all amazing. I reported an issue with my room and it was attended to immediately. The hotel is very close to the cathedral and Christmas market. The room was very hot & I’m from the Caribbean so I turned off the heat and open the window for a little then it was very good. It is convenient to have a kettle and tea / coffee in the room for early checkout . They even gave us breakfast to go as we had a really early checkout.

Moldy shower curtain and my door didn’t auto lock when I’d leave for the day. If someone were to push on my door, they’d have complete access to my room. I told front desk and they assured me someone would come by the next morning to fix it, yet no one came.
