Rooms are small and have unnecessary things like a large mirror (to try and make the room look bigger) just remove it for more space. A large table that takes up most of the space in the room. Fridge doesn’t work in room. Staff are very rude and have bad attitude There is no information on how to call reception - I had to leave my room and go downstairs to ask the question I had. Receptionist was rude saying “I’ll just google it” that’s what I did too but I’m asking you as it gave me two different information. Slammed pen for me to write for myself on paper when I asked “can you write it down for me please?” Needed some ice as I hurt my leg. Reception told me I had to go downstairs to the bar and collect myself. The only hotel if you need something you need to go downstairs to collect (they don't bring things to your room - so bizzare). Bar staff SO RUDE! again, more rude staff. Are we surprised? I asked him if I could have some ice for my leg and he refused and gave me a tiny bit which was not helpful. He was giving me bad attitude and angry. Honestly all the staff here are so rude. I'd never stay here again. Zero stars

Exceptional service! The pool, sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub were great! The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance from City Park, the Puskas Arena, and the Arena mall. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Budapest trip!

There were many markets near by. The buffet breakfast had a large assortment of breads, meats and cheeses. Wifi was excellent. Pool too cold and hot tub not hot. When cold and wet outside and you need to relax, this was NOT enjoyable. Also, the doorway always had staff and visitors smoking. You had to go thru that to get into the hotel. Interior decor and rooms were excellent and very welcoming. Housekeeping lady we had was awesome.
