The hotel was clean. I was not happy that they switched our room to a smaller room than was booked. The pool closing hours were inconvenient as well. The fitness center was quite small also. Overall it was an adequate place for a night or two but i was much more pleased with other places we stayed in Budapest for similar prices.

When you book a hotel in a big city during the summer, you expect et to be at warm vacation. That is why we booked this hotel with pool, to give ourself a place cool down after a day of seightseeing. So when the pool doesnt work 3 out of the 4 days you’re Staying you don’t feel you get what you payed for.

Small hotel with good transportation to downtown.
Staff is polite and helpful, cleaning ladies are doing a great job, and the staff for breakfast make sure that you have access to everything you need.

Helpful staff, clean room and air conditioned. Close walk to the arena, the park, the train station and some very good restaurants. Great value for the price.

It‘s been a few hot days so the pool and sauna were great to hang out in. The room was spacious and very clean; breakfast buffet very extensive and delicious. Everyone very friendly. Euro 2024 Soccer matches shown in bar as well as garden!

Good and close to great facility. The only reason for “close to great” is that I didn’t get a chance to use the included Spa and (charged) breakfast. Location is great, room is great! I got to stay in the room at the top corner facing the church so the unobstructed 270 degree view is unbeatable. Thanks!

Dining room closes at 9 pm. No room service. They charge for every small bit including extra pillows or blankets.

Sorry to say that we expecting a bit more, hotel was ok and staff were nice, but our room was a deluxe and just felt like a standard room, spa was ok. Temperature was a bit cold in the hot tub and the pool, it’s faer to say that this is probably why the room and stay was discounted.

Swimmingpool was little cold and sauna was not too hot how it should be. Breakfast could be change like not same every morning.
