We stayed at the presidential suite, which was big, clean, well equipped, the staff was great and helpful.

The service of the staff was amazing. Staff was welcoming and did what they could to assure our comfort. The rooms are spacious but slightly dated. The rooms could use some attention to detail such as ceiling paint. Other than that, our stay was cozy.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were great. Make sure to get a reservation for the restaurant in the hotel. It was amazing.

Loved this property, had previously been to the restaurant for brunch but first time staying. Rooms were great, staff was very helpful. Will definitely stay here next time I’m back in the city!

Helpful and friendly staff in the lobby! Cool and spacious room.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Ambience, the decor, I mean everything. This was better than some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed. I stayed only 2 nights and wished if I could have stayed more. But if I get a chance to visit Budapest again, I won’t be searching any other hotels, it will be this same hotel.

The room was clean, but there was a very bad smell from the bathroom. It smelt like a sewage

This hotel has a great location. The rooms are perfectly fine for a few day visit. My shower in the bathroom was very large and felt luxurious. The Air conditioning in my room worked great. The only complaint that I have is that my room did not have a coffee maker. Apparently, this was noted in the room details but it seems like a standard feature for most hotels. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but nice to have one in your room as well. There is a fantastic restaurant on the first floor of the building that the hotel is in that is a must try! Great food, service and atmosphere.

- A very foul smell running through the corridor into our room which interrupted our sleep throughout the stay and could not get proper rest. - There were no locks for bathroom door, and they were quite outdated. On one instance one of us got locked inside and we had to wait roughly 20 minutes to get the help needed. This resulted in excessive panic and hyperventilation for my friend who was locked inside. - Our bedding was not changed even once during our 4 nights stay. Although I appreciate that this could be how they operate, but we requested for the bedding to be changed. - We were unable to open the attic doors and there was no aid provided for the same. This was much needed due to the ever-present foul smell in the room. - There was only one glass in the room (for 3 people) and even upon requesting, they would not adhere to it. - It was quite unacceptable that there were towels with hair locks which I took to the desk and they seemed fairly unapologetic about the same. - There was no tea or coffee bags in the room and we had to always fetch them ourselves on a daily basis. This is a basic amenity in the most basic of hotels.

Great hotel location. Busy area, but not noisy. Central to most sightseeing sites and easy access to the metro and trams. Surrounded by many restaurants and entertainment. Hotel is well managed, staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely modern hotel with lots of nice touches such as free coffee and snacks at reception. Staff were lovely and polite and our room was amazing. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Budapest.

This property and loft room was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff members were very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Budapest. Very well located, with all the main sightseeing spots within just a few kilometers. Naturally, being downtown and close to the nightlife area, it can be a bit noisy. Improving the windows and doors would make it even better. The room facilities were excellent, including a jacuzzi and sauna right in the room — such a perfect way to relax every evening. Budapest is a fantastic city with great food and amazing sights.

They have amazing restaurant, the location of the hotel is pretty good and convenient, the staff incredibly friendly!!! The only bad thing was the bathroom had bad smell (from the drain)

Charming hotel in heart of Pest.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was so lovely and did everything with a smile. The location was amazing and local to almost everything. The rooms were quiet and clean, would definitely go back!
