Todo funcionó perfecto. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el desayuno, ya que el restaurante no sabía, llamamos al número de atención al cliente del hotel y el 5 minutos estaba resuelvo. Creo que es un problema cuando uno hace la reserva con Expedía, ya que esto nos pasó otra vez más en otro hotel que también reservamos con expedía. En el lobby hay un teléfono para contactar al personal

Clean room and smooth check-in process

Front facing room was better but nice bathroom and shower. A bit of a walk into the town centre. Freeparking nearbparki

The room was spotless and large. The tv screen was huge even though we never used it.

The room was comfortable and we had a very good price for hotel in central area.

Clean room. Parking other side of street free. 10min walk to selection restaurants on main street in down town.

We requested early check in and were allowed in 3 hours early. We requested luggage be stored for later departure than our check out and were allowed to leave bags in secure storage. Flybus and tour pickup at the door was awesome. We will return.

Nice quaint hotel in the city. It’s not the closest to the bustle but only a 15 minute walk. They were great allowing us to check-in early which was much appreciated. Parking was the major hindrance and spent navigating a parking spot. The room was clean, the breakfast is light and a bit nimble for the cost. The price overall was good and if you have questions, they are responsive very quickly.

Facility (bathroom) poor condition. Mediocre breakfast quality but too expensive. No staff on the premise is just terrible!

We liked that all the tours that we booked had a pick up spot at the hotel. There was a pretty good restaurant at the side albeit on the pricey side, as was most of Iceland. Anywho, saved money on shopping at Bonus, which was less then 5 minutes from the hotel. There are also some good coffee shops nearby, just google it. As for the room it was clean. The room faced the street but the neighborhood was on the quiet side. There was heavy construction across the hotel but we were out for most of the day, so that kind of noise wasn’t a bother. Staff was quick to answer questions via message/email. There is a storage locker and WC in the lobby, so if you're early and waiting for check in, there's that. Walking distance to downtown Reykjavik is about 20-25 min depending on how fast you walk. 10-15 minute walk to the ocean. All in all, a good place to stay for our first time in Iceland.

Let me save you the trouble of figuring out parking - parking on Brautarholt street (the street running parallel to the hotel) is paid during the day. Between the hours of 9AM - 9PM it is paid and has a 3 hour limit. Between 9PM - 9AM, it is free. It is a P1 parking zone incase you need to search it. The payment machine is at the end of the street and does not have english so be prepared to translate. Hotel has no staff. Not a single person to help if you need anything. There’s a sewage smell in the lobby. Room was okay. The tabletops were dusty and my sheet had blood stains on it. The bathroom was clean but very basic (no conditioner in the shower). I’ve stayed at about 8 hotels across iceland and this was the worst by far. Would not recommend. The construction across the street is also extremely inconvenient and seems to not be ending any time soon. The video shown about parking was the most confusing and inaccurate overview — and when I contacted the hotel to clarify they just sent me back the same monolog from the video about parking being paid and free all on the same street. Don’t stay here. I’d be willing to pay more for the slight convenience of being able to ask a human being for help.

The hotel was very clean and just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was amazing! I liked the keyless entry and check in. Parking is not super convenient, but not too crazy and I don’t have complaints. Just something to note. There are limited free parking spaces right by the hotel, but there were many free spaces about a block away. Would definitely stay again!

Very poorly designed. Its very difficult to take luggage on the steps Had issues with opening the room. Electronic lock did not work. Thankfully there was someone to help on phone

Pleased with this location. Not staffed but we knew that going in. Would stay there again.
