Booked a “fully refundable” stay and then one hour later realized we had to cancel. This was 2 weeks before stay and less than one hour after booking hotel would not offer any refund. Hotel suggests we contact Expedia, Expedia says contact hotel. All I know is it was not our fault and we gave hotel an opportunity to make it right but they did not.

My only complaint was the black out curtains only covered half the windows, so minimal privacy as the building across could see inside our room and it didn't get completely dark.

This is the hotel without onsite staffs, you need to keep communication well with facility for self check in and out.
It’s comfortable, quiet and clean but available communication is essential for anyone to book this hotel

There is no front desk and we supposed to get the text message with our room number and code which we didn’t have. We called twice to get the code and were able to get in our room. The elevator was not working at that time. Luckily, our room was on second floor not 4th.
Other than that, everything else was good.

The hotel was clean and easy to find, spacious enough for our party of three. Unfortunately the pull out bed was not set up when we arrived and after a long day of travel we had to figure out the bed, do our own sheets and find towels. It was not optimal. The bathrooms look very nice but the shower is impractically small.

Self check in made it quick and efficient. They sent messages with clear instructions. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and good black out curtains. Have to pay for street parking. Good location as well. Would stay again! Thank you!

Check in and out was super easy. The room was good sized for our family of 4. The shower was clean with good pressure but the drain was a bit smelly. The coffee service in room including a refrigerator was nice.
