Cons: 1. There are dogs. Apparently, this hotel allows pets. It's a bit worrying for Muslims to see so many dogs in the cottage area. This means many areas are contaminated with dog saliva. 2. The swimming pool is dirty and cloudy, making it itchy when swimming. 3. I requested a room on the upper floors but wasn't given one, even though there were many empty ones on the upper floors. The lower rooms have a mountain view obscured by the roof of the connecting walkway. 4. Some of the staff were unfriendly. 5. They didn't provide hotel slippers; they said they had to be requested. 6. The bedsheets were dirty and stained. Pros: 1. The front desk staff were quite friendly. 2. The restaurant staff at breakfast were friendly. 3. The breakfast food was delicious, although not very varied, but the taste was good. 4. Check-in and check-out were fast.

The kids loved staying here, there's a mini zoo, river, rice fields, and as soon as you open the door, the view of Mount Salak is TOP 👍

My first stay here was very memorable. I hope to come back for more fishing. The parking attendant was very prompt. Thank you for your service.

Great and clean villa for a family of 10 people. The villas are not close to each other, so privacy is well maintained. Highly recommended for a family stay away from the traffic congestion of Puncak.

The second time I stayed here was very enjoyable because I got the best view room for Mount Salak twice, the room was spacious with 4 single beds, and breakfast for 4 people was included. It's very difficult to get a vacant room here because it's always sold out on weekends, but my family was very happy. Maybe the downside is that there's no kettle in the room, it's a hassle to go out to get hot water from the dispenser in the hallway in front of the room & they don't provide coffee/tea sachets, etc., only small mineral water, glasses without spoons, etc.

The place is nice, the facilities are adequate, only the cleanliness of the hotel area needs to be improved.

The villa is clean and the rooms are very spacious. There is a stove and cooking utensils, but it lacks a pan for boiling noodles. Breakfast is also quite complete, I recommend the porridge, it's delicious. There is a swimming pool and badminton court facilities. Access to the location is also safe.

A family-friendly hotel, clean, friendly staff, beautiful views, and the most memorable experience was the lack of traffic jams. The downside is that the elevator is only on one side and doesn't connect to the building with the salak view, which is a shame for parents if they have to climb the stairs to the third floor. The parking lot is quite spacious, but still not enough, so when looking for dinner, it's difficult to find parking when returning to the hotel. Next time, you can upgrade your room, even if the payment is different. I'd like to visit again. Those who want to go to 5G, please do so.

The first time I stayed there, it made me feel at home, I got a standard room on the 3rd floor, the view was really nice, mountain view, I wanted to extend for another day when I happened to want to celebrate New Year there but it turned out that Uda was fully booked, so next time I want to stay there again, just a suggestion for the breakfast menu, please make it more varied.

Pluses: View of Mount Salak from the balcony, spacious room with two large beds, enough for four people, breakfast for four, mini zoo, strategic location. Minuses: One room light went out, breakfast menu lacked variety. We were here during a company retreat, so the restaurant for other guests was moved to the side of the cramped ballroom. The restaurant staff was also slow to clear tables and refill menus. Suggestions: The river behind the resort is fun to play in, but the trash needs to be cleaned up and the path to it tidied up.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, for the capacity of the cottage, perhaps the eating and cooking equipment could be more complete.
