comfortable to spend holiday time with family

The first time I stayed there, it made me feel at home, I got a standard room on the 3rd floor, the view was really nice, mountain view, I wanted to extend for another day when I happened to want to celebrate New Year there but it turned out that Uda was fully booked, so next time I want to stay there again, just a suggestion for the breakfast menu, please make it more varied.

Pluses: View of Mount Salak from the balcony, spacious room with two large beds, enough for four people, breakfast for four, mini zoo, strategic location. Minuses: One room light went out, breakfast menu lacked variety. We were here during a company retreat, so the restaurant for other guests was moved to the side of the cramped ballroom. The restaurant staff was also slow to clear tables and refill menus. Suggestions: The river behind the resort is fun to play in, but the trash needs to be cleaned up and the path to it tidied up.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, for the capacity of the cottage, perhaps the eating and cooking equipment could be more complete.

Overall very good.. the view of Mount Salak is clearly visible from the balcony.

Staying here is very comfortable because the room is clean, the bathroom is also very clean, the view is very good, the view of Mount Salak which is directly visible from the room we occupied is really beautiful and pleasing to the eye, very suitable for a place to rest and at night the city lights are very beautiful, you won't regret staying here, what needs to be added is an electric kettle in the room and children's play facilities because there are very few.

The place is ok, the staff is ok, just a little disturbed by the group of guests, who are chatting without knowing the time, and shouting, try to limit activities after 12 o'clock

It's really fun to stay here with your extended family, parents are happy, especially the kids... there's a swimming pool & outdoor play area.. the view is cool and directly facing Mount Salak. I'll be back again. The hotel service is also good, the room is big enough to fit 4 people. The top and bottom beds... don't hesitate to come here, because it's always fully booked. cool atmosphere, spacious room, clean and mountain view, billiard room is too noisy, the mattress in room 312, 314 is hard and feels like the springs, there is no hot water kettle, but a hot and cold water dispenser is provided in the room corridor... breakfast is quite tasty (white and yellow rice, fried chicken, fried egg, fried noodles/vermicelli, sausage, chili sauce, pickles, crackers, chicken porridge, green bean porridge, coco crunch, toast, salad, fruit, pudding and omelet)

I stayed overnight on January 31st and it turned out there was a New Year's Eve event. There was a communal meal, a bonfire, and fireworks.

The location is quite close to the toll road and not too congested. The food here is not very varied and the price is expensive for children at 80 thousand rupiah. With basic food. Hotel slippers are not provided in the room, there is no tea, coffee, or sugar. If you want a kettle and hairdryer, you have to call first. The staff is not very friendly.
