Overall it's good, just annoying when entering the room there are still dirty clothes from previous guests in the bathroom (hanging), please pay attention to this when cleaning the room for the Housekeeping team

Strategic location in front of Alfamart. Finding food outside is not difficult. You can also order food at the hotel. Worth it, standard AC for 250 with Wi-Fi, swimming pool, good beach view, and free breakfast. If you go to the beach, you will come back to stay here. The staff are also friendly.

Quite satisfied staying at this hotel.. with a view and direct access to the beach.. the staff's friendliness is very good.. the only pity is that the beach area is a bit less clean and the breakfast only has a few choices, even though this hotel is busy on weekdays, in the future maybe it can be improved again.. Thank you 77 sunset plaza

The staff are all friendly, the restaurant staff are also friendly...recommended for couples on honeymoon or those bringing children because the place is really nice...next time I want to come here again, hopefully I can get an executive room

The hotel staff was very friendly, greeting every guest. I stayed in a 3BR. Unfortunately, the floor was sandy. It would have been nice to have a broom in the room. The fabric sofa in the 3BR looked dirty. The AC was nice and cool. I will come back again. The hotel is right in front of the beach and there's a minimarket across from it, so I don't have to leave the hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is very fast, the facilities are good, very close to the beach, we are happy for events, the only input for the standard room is that there is not enough hot water, for everything it is ok 👍👍👍👍🥰 Next time I go to Pelabuhan Ratu, I will definitely stay here again 🥰

The staff is friendly, especially those at the front office. The hotel looks like it's undergoing renovations at the front. The old hotel needs renovations in several parts of the hotel. The AC is cold. Breakfast needs more variety. There was a power outage but it didn't last long (the hotel needs a generator). Overall, it's good.
