Hotelnya sangat terawat, bersih banget dan furniturenya juga masih bagus. Kasurnya enak banget bikin tidur pulas. Acnya dingin, saluran tvnya banyak. Di lantai 1 nya ada cafe jadi gampang kalo mau sarapan sebelum explore kota jogja. Dia juga nyewain motor / mobil. It was really comfortable to stay at this hotel, got a king bed, really big for two, on Prawirotaman street it gets crowded, to the point where gelato is close to the baget you just have to walk, if you go to Jogja you will stay here again 🫶🏻

I requested a floor near the reception, but was given the third floor, with no elevator. The mattress still smelled of the previous tenant's body odor. The AC wasn't cold. The only good thing was the bathroom, which looked new. It might be better to change the room's paint to white for a brighter and cleaner look. The mirror was also dirty and shabby. We checked out less than an hour after checking in.

Regarding the room, we will evaluate and improve the room to be more fragrant in the future, including improving the wall to be more beautiful and brighter. 2. Regarding the air conditioner in your room is not cool. It takes a while from the first time it is turned on to cool down. Please note that we clean the air conditioner every month. 3. Regarding the elevator, please note that we do not specify the elevator or facilities in this Traveloka application. 4. Regarding the room reservation request, please note that yesterday my wife and I had a conversation that "I wrote a reservation request for a room on the 1st floor near the reception because when I stayed at another hotel, there was an earthquake and we were very shocked." Then we explained that the 1st floor is the reception and cafe, but we said that the 2nd floor was full. When we asked your wife why you checked out early, your wife replied, "I checked out because my leg hurt, ma'am. But it's okay, let's check out." I've been a regular until I've memorized it all. Besides being homey, it's also incredibly worth it. I highly recommend it. You can eat anything you want at the cafe, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

I didn't expect my random order to turn out to be cold AC, water heater on, fast Wi-Fi, the room was incredibly spacious, strategically located below the cafe, unfortunately there's no parking, luckily we checked out early in the morning at around 5am. Climbing the stairs was a workout, especially on the third floor, and then I noticed that the ceramic tile in my room looked like it was about to crack (there were bumps). Next time I go on a business trip or staycation, it's a great place to go anywhere.

The room was very comfortable, except perhaps the bathroom could be cleaned better and the plumbing could be improved, as sometimes after a shower, the water would pool. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The Wi-Fi was also fast.

The condition of the hotel is quite good and clean, when checking in early in the morning there was 1 guard who was very kind and friendly even though he was guarding the room alone.. when entering the room the bathroom light was off.. the next day it was immediately replaced.. the owner was also very friendly.. with a price under 300K.. and a prime location.. in my opinion it is very decent and okay.. downstairs there is a cafe where the majority of visitors are foreigners.. nice place nice location.. especially for Mr. Agung (the owner) and the staff who are very friendly..

the room is very clean, it would be even better if there was an air freshener. strategic location & lively because it is in Prawirotaman. got a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the street.. the owner and staff are all friendly.. there is a cafe downstairs and can request to be delivered to the room
