The hotel room was very nice, great location and nice staffs. But the bed linen and towels were very bad condition. Need to replace new linen and towels.

room is clean and big. overall I loved this hotel. great coffee in their restaurant, good food also. only the bathroom has a bit problem, the bathroom floor is slippery, so careful. and please brush the bathroom floor. but I would like to come again in the future with my special ones.

Room size is spacious and clean, some of the staff at the hotel are friendly and some are not good, The towels in the room are too thin and a little wrinkled/dirty, for breakfast, the menu is standard not too many menus but enough for breakfast

Nice hotel for a staycation, the front staff was really polite and helpful because I booked a wrong date and she allows me to have instant rebooked by calling the app because she said there's another guess who also choose a wrong date by accident when the booked. The room is quite big and comfy bed, good bathroom, and television have some chanel options. The location is very near with Sabang night culinary spot. You can just walking there. Will come back again later and will recommend the hotel to my friends.

AC in the bedroom doesn't work well, so I can't sleep well because I'am sweating. The mirror is rusty, this is not worthy for a 4 star hotel

The stay was quite satisfying, the hotel was clean, the amenities were quite complete, everything in the room was functioning properly, the view from the room was cool, the view of the city from the 7th floor. Breakfast was quite varied, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was also good. The best hotel location, near the Sarinah busway shelter, Gondangdia Station, Sarinah Plaza, near street food on Jalan Sabang. Everything can be accessed on foot. For a staycation hunting street food, this hotel is really the best. You don't have to ask for a room key, you're given 2 of the FO's, so it's safe to leave the room if you leave. The air conditioner is still cold, just right for the hot weather. Anyway, don't hesitate, click now and enjoy right away.

Check in around 15.00, the room is ready & fast, got on the 8th floor, the room is clean, the view is decent, the breakfast is quite good, strategic, those who want CFD on Sunday / want to go to Sarinah / want to have snacks at roadside brothers are also close, lots choice, just walk. Overall ๐

I'm annoyed that I just entered the room early in the morning, intending to take a break, the bad cover is really dirty, the color is already dull brown, it's not clear like it's dirty, I want to sleep, I'm a bit disgusted, but how about being sleepy. Then the toilet can't! And one more thing is that the glass in the bathroom isn't anything more scary, right? Can you change the rate to a 4-star hotel, how do you cook like that?! That's it!
