The hotel staff was friendly from front to back, and towels and drinking water were replaced daily. However, there were a few things that needed improvement: the bathroom faucet was starting to wobble, the room wasn't soundproof, and footsteps in the hallway could be heard in the room. Otherwise, it was SATISFIED.

The hotel's front office staff and security guards were very friendly. The rooms have balconies on both sides and are close to shopping centers. A safe is provided at an affordable price. On the downside, amenities are lacking, including no water heater, and the TV doesn't support entertainment channels like Netflix.
