Friendly and helpful hotel staff upon check-in. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Strategically located close to Lotte Mall and the Raffles Hotel. Easy access to food, both affordable (near the main road) and more expensive (at Lotte Mall). Hopefully, I'll be able to stay here again.

It's amazing, a hotel as good as this still has bad reviews? Are there still people who say the staff service is bad? I decided to stay for more than a week at this hotel, and I was very satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for those who are on a business trip, I highly recommend staying here. Stayed for 2 days for the second time. Okay, the place is comfortable and not noisy. Maybe the thing that needs to be paid attention to is the bathroom floor is very slippery to the point of slipping. Everything else is okay.

The hotel staff was friendly. The bed sheets were floral cotton, making it feel like I was staying at my grandmother's house. Unfortunately, I arrived during renovations. So, it was a bit noisy from check-in until the afternoon.

A budget hotel that can be an option. Friendly and welcoming service. The outside atmosphere of the hotel does not seem like a low budget hotel. For a good location close to everywhere, just look for food around a short walk, or use the GoFood application, etc. There are no sales around or in front, so it is quieter. The room is neat and clean, only the blanket can be replaced with a thicker and cleaner color. The lobby area is more bright and neat, sometimes there are mosquitoes if you sit there. Otherwise, it's okay. Recommended for a low budget, it can be an option

The place is accessible everywhere, the yard is spacious, the rooms are big and clean.. the brothers who are on duty are also good.. thank you for the service.. hopefully more people will stay there.. don't forget that things that need to be changed like towels and sheets so they match the room facilities and cleanliness.. ❤️❤️❤️
