Brand New Hotel 2024 in town area. We booked 3 rooms: 1 twin, 1 queen, & 1 family room. Ando Hotel is close to Masjid Arafah (in front) 50 m, Masjid Jabal Arafah (got view tower) 250 m, Amanda (nice brownies) 300 m, Thamrin (foods) 350 m, Nagoya shopping (in front) 100 m. A few money changers around. The best thing is everything in the room is still new. Our family room is spacious. The other two are standard. The staff are all helpful. Thank you.

Brand New Hotel 2024. In town & close to Masjid Arafah 50 m & Masjid Jabal Arafah 250 m, Amanda (nice brownies) 300 m, Thamrin (foods) 350 m, Nagoya Shopping 100 m, moneychanger, other shops. Our room for 3 is spacious and clean. Cleanliness is always important to us. Since Ando Hotel is new so everything is new. We will repeat if we happen to be in Batam again. Overall actually great ambiance and room space. Just a couple of small bad things that can be easily solved. Check-in time was delayed by 45 minutes. Reception staff very friendly but sometimes gave wrong instructions. The room lacked sufficient toilet rolls, no hair dryer, no floor mat, and a few ants crawling at the back of the table near the bed. Otherwise overall is OK. The location is amazing as close to other areas in Nagoya.

Staff and cleanliness. But last night I was in trouble so I couldn't watch it, so I called the hotel. But the hotel told me to wait. Until I checked, there was no news from them and I couldn't watch the TV either.
