staff helpful and location is prime. room is on the hotter side and could be cooler. cross over is nagoya already. facilities could be better but they had made the best w what they could w what they have. will be back tho!

The perfect place for a business trip, as the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and it's easy to access everywhere, right in front of Nagoya Hill mall.

Overall actually great ambiance and room space. Just a couple of small bad things that can be easily solved. Check-in time was delayed by 45 minutes. Reception staff very friendly but sometimes gave wrong instructions. The room lacked sufficient toilet rolls, no hair dryer, no floor mat, and a few ants crawling at the back of the table near the bed. Otherwise overall is OK. The location is amazing as close to other areas in Nagoya.

Staff and cleanliness. But last night I was in trouble so I couldn't watch it, so I called the hotel. But the hotel told me to wait. Until I checked, there was no news from them and I couldn't watch the TV either.
