My first time staying at AOne. Ibu Novi provided friendly, helpful, and fast check-in service. The room was clean, but the shower head and shower head needed replacing as they weren't working properly, and the shower light was out. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very responsive. Overall, I was satisfied.
