This time, I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Please improve in the future. The facilities list includes a swimming pool. But if you move, you can't charge your LG, and the price is immediately higher. -The water gallon is out of stock, and the gas tank is out of stock. (You have to ask for it to be delivered.) They didn't check/prepare beforehand. -Only one towel. -No spoon. -The dispenser has no plug and won't turn on. -As usual, hotel-style soap and shampoo are provided, even if they're small, but only for one use. In other units, I always get them.

Thank you for the information. When I first booked the room at Herbras building, there was a message saying there was no swimming pool. But at the GP building, there is a swimming pool. For the water and gas gallons, if the water runs out, we will refill it immediately and will refill it immediately after informing that the water is out. There is still water left in the gallons. Wait for the water to run out before refilling it. Thank you. There was still water left when checking in. When the water ran out, just ask for a refill and then order food. The TV doesn't have a network connection, and it smells musty when you plug it in. It's not that good for that price, it should be better. Sorry, but I'll be honest this time.

The drawbacks are - communication via WA makes you really bad mood, because I only asked which floor but got a curt answer, be healthy whoever replied to WA. Next time, learn how to communicate with customers. Stop normalizing people who are curt and have no communication ethics. When I wanted to return the key, I had already videoed it but only got an emoticon in return. - the room makes me anxious because it's dim - the smell of cigarettes when I first entered and some of the walls were peeling - the water pump didn't work when I tried to use it, but it was okay. - there is a freshener under the AC but it doesn't smell good at all - there is a kitchen, but I didn't use it at all. - the view doesn't directly face the swimming pool, but it's okay. - the AC isn't cold at all - only one towel is provided Advantages - there is already wifi even though it's not used - the TV is not used but there is, don't know if it works or not - easy access to food - the bathroom is clean. Even though there is shampoo and soap, I don't know who owns it. Just stay and have experience with Rona Property once. I'm really fed up with the way they communicate. Sorry and thank you, tomorrow be friendly in communicating with customers! be healthy

The view of the swimming pool is cool, according to the photo, everything is furnished, the only downside is please clean the bathroom again, the bathroom is dirty. There are lots of chocolates, the toilet is a bit smelly. Then check the cupboard in the bathroom, there are traces of garbage, it's a bit dirty. Please improve the cleanliness.

The room looks dirty, the sink cannot be used, and the dishwashing area is not running/jammed, the stove cannot be turned on easily, there is damage, there are only 2 air conditioners, luckily you can borrow a fan, the owner is very helpful if there is a problem, but the facilities in the room must be repaired immediately.
