To all guests reading this review, I want to reiterate that upon check-in, please immediately report any uncleanliness or other complaints. I can request a re-cleaning. This guest stayed for two nights without any complaints, yet made a mistake by providing two sets of keys and access cards when only one should have been given. I advise those who frequently stay in hotels costing 500,000 baht or more not to lower their budget and to compare fairly. I usually stay in hotels priced between 50,000-1,000-3,000 baht per night, and I understand the pros and cons. For hotels starting at 25,000-350,000 baht, even a two-bedroom suite costs 500,000 baht, but I always choose the room with the most complete amenities. However, when it comes to cleanliness, everyone's level of cleanliness is different, so it's crucial to report any issues immediately upon check-in so that you can address any uncleanliness in front of you. Could you please re-clean? Thank you.

The room smells, there are lots of cockroaches, there is no water heater, the bed is very unsuitable, it smells of sweat, I informed the owner and he said the sheets had been changed even though they hadn't been changed at all.

When you said the bedsheet smelled, it had been replaced, but the name of the unit used by someone maybe some of them had body odor, even though it was still stuck after checking out, I also sent another bedsheet and blanket to be installed, your complaint was immediately responded to. Don't slander sis, you ordered 2 units. So I memorized all the complaints and I immediately processed the staff in the field to handle. For cockroaches, you didn't complain at all about it. Where are the cockroaches sis?. The disease in the apartment is in all apartments German cockroaches, small cockroaches and if there are any, we immediately call an exterminator. Because it won't work if sprayed only Baygon for large cockroaches, it doesn't work for German cockroaches. Please all guests if you are not satisfied with the unit, when you just check in, complain within a maximum of 15 minutes. If there is no solution, I will invite you to check out immediately and ask for an application for a full refund of the guest's money. As long as it is 15 minutes maximum from the time the guest has entered the room. For guests like you, hopefully your fortune will be smooth, sis. Because you are serious, if you don't feel at home, why do you stay in the unit for days. Up to 3 days, there are 2 units. Every time it is cleaned, the staff always sprays freshener, all the sheets are changed, that's why I have a lot of bed sheet stock. Next time if you don't like it, just check out, sis, tell me. There are many hotels in Bintaro. The 700 thousand ones are better so that they match your expectations. Don't pay only 200-300 but expect all the facilities for 700 and above. Thank you.

Good afternoon, Indra. Thank you for staying, I have asked the guests who stayed last night about the room you stayed in, it was cold. Sometimes you may not understand the settings, if it is dry it will definitely not be cold. Make sure the setting is cool. If there is one that is not cold or the AC is having problems, I usually don't give it to Traveloka guests, I sell it cheaply to direct guests, until the AC is serviced then I sell it to Traveloka guests. For other guests, if you stay and feel the sheets smell, just chat me, I will immediately ask the staff to change them in front of the guest's eyes. Because my rule is to change guests, change sheets. I don't give used ones. Thank you.
