My first time staycation with my family in Savoy Homann was truly a great experience! Love the spacious room, cozy bed, great breakfast, we love the pool so much! The kids' pool with warm water is so great! The staff are so friendly and humble, all of them! From the reception staff, the restaurant staff, all! Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful receptionist staff, also when I made a mistake on the booking date .. it said I couldn't reschedule but they helped me by calling the official Traveloka directly and they responded quickly to Traveloka and the hotel, even when I had breakfast, it was almost close to the maximum breakfast time available, still served well and tried to provide everything, highly recommended when going to Bandung to stay here, there are many people selling around and there is an Indomart that has an ATM, so its location in the middle of the city makes everything easy. Thank you for serving very well
