Back for the 2nd stay in this hotel and it's still amazing. The room is clean, feels homey, helpful and friendly staff, the ambiance is still lovely as it is, and the food, especially the breakfast, is really nice. The location is also perfect; you can find restaurants and cafes just within walking distance! Definitely a top option for staying in Bandung.

What a lovely unit! The unit was really well taken care of and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. They had a full kitchen with a microwave, electric stove, water dispenser, refrigerator, and all the cooking utensils. Plus, a Smart TV with the steaming accounts already logged on. So what did we end up doing? That's right, Netflix and chill. We really had a great time here. Thank you to the management for taking care of the unit so well and love the customer service as they are really fast in responding and helpful, as we did not know how to operate the electric stove and in a matter of seconds they responded with the instructions and a video of it as a reference. We thought they were some kind of AI / Bot, but they were real people. Really appreciate it, thank you, and we'll be back!

The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued. The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family vacation or short staycation in Lembang.
