The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Snacks and a minibar were included in the room (free). The view from the room was very nice. There was an infinity swimming pool, a mini library with an interesting collection. The kids' zone also had quite complete toys. The hotel area was very quiet and free from vehicle sounds or noise, perfect for resting.

The first time staying at Rumah Manis Butik Hotel Sukabumi was very impressive, all the staff were friendly, the room was clean and smelled very good, the toilet was also clean, the water heater also worked well, the surrounding area was also beautiful with lots of trees and green plants, the location was also strategic in the middle of the city close to the city center looking for culinary and close to cafes and minimarkets, the price was also cheap and affordable, only we didn't like the yellow light color in the room so it looked dim at night, that's all overall everything was really good will stay here again if you come to Sukabumi.

Turtle beach hotel is really worth it for those of you who want to vacation at Ujung Genteng beach, the road access is not too complicated, close to the main Ujung Genteng route, delicious food, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff, I think I will come back here later if I bring a large family, the place is also good for events "direct view to the beach, when there is something left behind, the admin is fast response asking for help to store it first to be picked up later, there are massage facilities too and it is pet friendly, thank you to all staff & hotel owners for making my family vacation so much fun ☺️😊
